Yes - they're paper ones. Got one £10 & two £1 ones. I like them 'cos you can use them in so many places, not just expensive up-market stores, but places like Wilkinsons too. (Better value for your dosh!)

I'd stopped doing those online surveys resulting from the 'Quickie' ones ages ago. Never got the points. Besides which, they didn't always say just how many points you would be getting. You'd no proof of your ever completing them without a survey invitation with its number. Waste of time!

As for "....4 weeks from the end date....." etc.; well I've got surveys owing from the end of August! They've stopped responding to my e-mails now.....:mad:

I am so incensed !!!! I just went onto Toluna to check my points total and I have realised that I have 3 surveys showing as 'incomplete' (they definitely are NOT!) Do you think that this had something to do with me emailing Avner Erez yesterday chasing these points from September -or am I being cynical? Is there some ombudsman that I can report (or threaten to report?) Toluna to ? I just want my points so that I can wait many months for my Amazon voucher. Not doing surveys at the moment and am only going on there to check my balance. Anyway this is a copy of the email I just sent them (and AE). I wonder what will happen?????????????????????????????

All the 0 point surveys in mine are ones I didnt complete,

Is anyone getting any luck with outstanding points, i have been emails but not getting any replies, am also not getting the auto reply wiht a ref number, im owed points from July, Aug, Sept etc, also my Love to shop vouchers stilll not turned up from 27 Sept!

Have you got a delivery date on these yet. Until you get a delivery date you have no hope!
