if it says delivery date n/a what does that mean, are they supposed to email the voucher? or will they add a delivery date some time in distant future and send it in the post?
im waiting for debenhams one since end of oct0 -
N/A (Not Available) means that Toluna have not yet decided which made-up date they are going to use as an ETA date. Vouchers never turn up on time, so even when you get a date, I wouldn't believe it.To see a world in a grain of sand,

This is true, I should have got mine 5 days ago. Doubt if it'll turn up this year :rolleyes:Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £76,469.32 Mar 2037Swagbucks ~ £100 (2025 ~ £240)Surveys~ £99.22 (2025 ~ £238.94)Make £2026 in 2026 #18 ~ £537.42 ~ (2025 ~ £2,368.64)0 -
I had 2 lots of vouchers dated 7th and 8th Dec. I got the first vouchers on the 2nd Dec but haven't seen the second lot.

The ETA on mine was the 8th Dec, it hasn't turned up yet. I tried to contact them through there website but I'm getting "page doesn't exist" errors when I try to submit a query.0

They sent me a standard "it'll be sent out in the next batch" reply. My ETA was 8th December, also.To see a world in a grain of sand,

I have exactly the same problem.
I have found that if I use points & rewards as the message subject matter i get redirected to the "page doesn't exist" message, and if I use general feedback instead my message fails the text verification every time.
The website seems seriously screwed-up at the moment. And the chances of my vouchers arriving before xmas more remote.
Valued Opinions on the other hand have always delivered my vouchers promptly. But the are not a French company!
(before I get any racist accusations I will just say that my wife is French and she agrees that French companies give some of the worst customer service in the world!).0 -
Nothing wrong with being critical of the French. They're always bloody on strike. And Toluna sucks. . . big style. To see a world in a grain of sand,
