  • Spoke to someone at Toluna's UK office but I get the feeling she was just a receptionist. She did give me her e-mail address and asked me to e-mail her my details and she said she would contact their customer service department. I'm not holding my breath though.
  • Thank you Ancelyn for your reply.
I did get a reply from Toluna and they have credited me with points from two of the surveys I did,
However two of the surveys I did have the same ID's and as I didn't keep the emails I am hoping someone on here can help me,
    They are:
No 1: SO-19964 I completed it on the 29th October it closed on 2nd November it was about milkshakes and gave 4300 points.
No 2: SO-19964 I completed on the 10th November it closed on 11th November it was about Benson Beds and gave 10,000 points.
I hope someone will be able to help.
I have now started to save the emails from any that I complete.
I also asked them about my voucher which should have arrived by 8th December
but got no response to that bit and am still waiting.
  • I've had a Toluna account for a while but recently started using it more. Can anyone explain to me how many points you get if you create a poll or opinion question and how/when they are awarded please?

You need 500 replies to a poll to get any points, so they are a waste of time. You recieve 500 points for twenty replies to a topic and further points every twenty replies after that. I'm not certain of the exact points reward. The points are allocated monthly.

  • . . . and it says I've claimed a voucher which will be posted to me and the estimated date of arrival is N/A...well it might be 'not-applicable' to them but it is to me! I'd like to know when/if I can expect my voucher!

Maybe here N/A = Not Available.

It does eventually change - mine now shows as 8 December - maybe that was meant to be the day they were planning to order the things themselves! I hope they don't claim they posted the vouchers but they were lost in the post. If they did try that, there would be a lot of us on here who could challenge them!

Amazon vouchers are sent via email, I can't comment on the other types of voucher, but I believe most are sent out digitally as well. No excuse for an 8 week (plus) delay.

  • I must say, Toluna pay very badly and deliver even worse.

So many people receive their deliveries MONTHS after they've ordered. Seriously, Toluna is not worth it at all.

Love2Shop vouchers are sent in regular mail (posted in France so perhaps that explains some of the delay if the vouchers are sent from the UK and then back).
Agree it's a waste of time.

I've stopped doing any surveys for tolun, I have told them I will not be doing any more surveys for them until I at the least get a postal date for the love2shop vouchers I ordered in the first week in october- still nothing yet!!

I then said I will continue some surveys up until that 6 week period i(ie if I'm bored and have too much time on my hands) I'll wait through the time its due to arrive in, when they do not arrive I will again stop any surveys for good. They have to start giving respect if they expect respect back. I doubt I'll be doing any of their surveys as a result this time next year.
  • I have had loads of problems with Toluna and am also going to stop using them as soon as I reach 80,000, will take me a while as i'm refusing to do surveys I never get points for. But as I'm still waiting for my voucher I ordered in October (or even a delivery date). I think I'll have left by 2012.
If you haven't already signed up. My advice is don't.
Hoping the comping fairy is nice this month and the postman comes.
