Am also STILL waiting for my love2shop vouchers. Have now stopped doing any further surveys. Have emailed toluna three times now asking for a date (seeing as I ordered them at the beginning of sept and then the middle of sept. I still don't have a dispatch date- never mind adding 10 weeks to it!

I keep getting told "we are sorry there is a backlog"- Yeah? a backlog? serioulsy? so why not SAY that when I am ordering!! IDIOTS!! Will be ending with them as soon as I get/if I ever get the vouchers.

Other sites I'm with send me an e-mail voucher for Amazon and it usually arrives within a week of my claiming it - why can't Toluna do the same?

It takes a while to arrive but you will receive it eventually

I have reached 80,000 points and have redeemed them for a £15 Debenhams voucher - it has taken the points off me but I have received no confirmation email from them to say they are processing my request (like you get with Valued Opinions and Lightspeed) is this usual? I know I am in for quite a wait for it to arrive from reading other posts.

You won't get a confirmation from Toluna, but if you look in the my vouchers section of the header "You", you'll see that your voucher is confirmed there. It'll be a long wait for your vouchers, though.

Same here. Ordered voucher from Toluna on 31st October and no sign of it. Redeemed £20 from Rewarded Opinions a week ago and got the cheque today.

Same here with Rewarded Opinions cheque. Received my cheque today.

Toluna should take note! Still no date given for delivery of Love2Shop vouchers ordered during October.

I notice Toluna have a UK office. Probably nothing to do with their survey side of the company but might try giving them a ring tomorrow and try and find out why they are so slow.

I guess it really shows them up having to wait so long for the vouchers to appear - I don't think there can be any excuse for having to wait 2 months + for them to arrive. I joined Consumer Pulse on 12 Nov and have already received a £10 Argos and a £10 Next voucher from them, plus I've just put in an order today for another £10 Next voucher. The first voucher arrived within three days of me placing the order, the second took slightly longer with it being xmas and lots of people ordering - but that still arrived in just over two weeks.
