But what i am gettin really p*ssed of with is completing a survey then getting a message at the end saying this survey has not started yet...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I was entered automatically after being screened out of some surveys. I was informed via email by the Toluna team, so I am defo' a winner!

I am shocked really. Cause I knew I was meant to be entered into the draws but I never know How many tickets I earn each draw. With the way they process points I dont know if I actually got the right number of free entries if any

I am also averaging 1 vouvher per month this year. took me 4 months when I first jioned to get to the voucher and that was just before 2008 christmas and have earnt enough points for a voucher each month, even when they upped the points per voucher I still got enough surveys. So I say as surveys go they are pretty good, adding points is mixed sometimes next day sometimes if a fight for them. And then voucher deliever is their biggest problem which I think cause most people to quit. I have october november and 2X december waiting for delivery right now See my sig for updates.
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574

Also just realised that the total needed for a HMV voucher has gone up from 60,000 to 80,000. Well gutted as I'd just got to 60,000. Would be at much more but they owe me thousands of points for surveys that I've completed and when I queried when I'd get them I was given the usual nonsense answer about "waiting for surveys to be completed". They must be one of the worst survey sites I've come across. Seriously considering packing them in when I've cashed in the points - say around 2011 at this rate!

Thats what happened to me just a few months ago! Shocked as I had saved them up to try and get 2 in one go at the 120,000 mark!

I've cashed 80,000 in now to make sure they can't do it again but this must have been over 8 weeks ago now!

When can I expect to get it now? The surveys were quite worthwhile and I would be recommending them but obviously can't until I get my vouchers!
  • My apologies for being a pain, but......

I have just joined toluna, and looking at the vouchers i would choose £15 love to shop for 80,000

    Question is:

How much are the points worth if converted to money?

By my workings a mini poll for 15 points = 3p

I'm not great on my maths so if somebody could help

Anybody know the answer. dont really wanna waste my time. would prefer to spend it on sites that pay well.

TBH it looks like the points system is designed to blind you to how little they pay if my maths is correct
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

There newsletter yestereday has a few interesting facts and probably why they have so many problems. They have millions of members albert some wont be active but still its alot. Also explains why the test samples give a 1 in 400000 chance of being selected. But you can see if you have 4 million people all asking where are my points you will find you not get a reply.

Hi guys, I've been a Toluna member for some time now, but rarely go on it. Anyway I went on it today, did a few surveys and looked, I had 10k points. I thought "it's not worth trying to get 80k points for Amazon vouchers" so I purchased 2X "everythingplay" vouchers at 5k each.
I was just wondering, how much will that earn me? How much money does 10k worth of vouchers equal?
Also it said they'd send the vouchers in the mail - what is the point when they could just email me them?!
Anyway, how much will 10k points equal?
    Thanks.

Can;t answer what 10K of points will get you, they have pages as you have found but never done anything but amazon and love2shop vouchers with them.

They may well email you the vouchers but it will take just as long. They do have a reason for this, apparently its because they are French:confused:

I have since stopped doing any surveys from them and am STILL awaiting £39 in Love2Shop vouchers from some time last year. I keep sending emails but still nothing. I doubt these will ever get their acts together. I would also say when you get a date for the vouchers (a date for when they should arrive- probably by email) it doesn't mean they will arrive on that date, infact it will be much later then this.

Anyone thinking they'll have gone bust by the end of the year?
