Thought I'd have a quick look on this thread to see if Toluna have improved over the last year ... I guess not! I'm glad I left them when I did (about a year ago). They've always been bad. Personally, I've had more success with Valued Opinions and Lightspeed recently but I know that others have not. It certainly seems that Toluna are universally dreadful.
You are right there. I get too many survey uncredited and when I contact them reply comes back as survey incomplete even though I DID! Vouchers don't come for ages and they keep on saying there is a problem... thats been like a few months now.

I heard a rumour that they are going down. So watch out people, cash in voucher and not do more surveys.

I've ordered an Amazon voucher this afternoon but am not sure whether it is for £10. Is it just me or does it not tell you anywhere on the rewards page how much the vouchers are for?

Amazon vouchers are now worth £12 and cost 80,000 points. Click under the Amazon voucher "learn more".

For new toluna members: are you aware that toluna uses u???? almost all regular members who keep records of the surveys completed, agree that we have to wait months for some points to be added, and very often toluna woulds say there is no proof you ve completed the survey, so they would find too many reasons not to give you points. they are very unlawful organisation who discriminates their members!

i agree, i only do the sponsored poll votes now for instant points or i'll do surveys that only last 5 or 10 mins so at least i havent wasted too much of my time if i dont end up with any points from them. obviously takes me longer to get a voucher now (especially with having to wait 3-6months to receive it after ordering) but still worth doing IMO.

  • This is the worst site for paying out rewards. I have been waiting 13 weeks for an amazon e-voucher, and still not sign of it in my in box. There are hundreds of topics wanting to know where vouchers that were ordered at the begining of october are. If you email Toluna they send a generic email saying that there has been a delay. As soon as i recieve all the vouchers i am owed i will be leaving the site.

    Hi

I have been with toluna for ages and think they are dreadful!!

I was going to leave but stayed with them to build enough points and when I received the voucher was intending to close my account...

I applied for a £12 HMV voucher on 29th September... still hasn't arrived!

I emailed them and got this reply:

Thank you for your email. I would like to apologise for the delay in getting back to you but please bear in mind that we do receive thousands of emails a week.

I can assure that your voucher ordered 29-9 was sent out to you on 30-11 to email xxxxxxxxxxx). Could you please check your Spam folder?

I would also suggest that you add survey@toluna.com to your recognised senders as we use this email to send voucher codes.

    Thank you for your understanding.

I have definitely have not received it...

Has anyone had this before? Do they eventually re-issue the vouchers?

...but I've just completed a 15-20 minute survey on comparison websites, totally finished it and then it popped up with "this survey is now closed, blah blah blah":mad::mad:

I posted this on 4/01 and I got a reply today . The said they're sorry for any problems and are giving me the full 1800 points :T. It only took them 9 days to reply, must have been the snow stopping them getting to their poota!!
