Hey there I've got a question about Toluna.

I first discovered it a while back and was really excited about the site, it seemed like such a good idea. After entering every survey I got emailed for a good couple of months I started deleting the emails whenever I got them as I never once managed to complete a survey, I was always told I didn't fit the requirements.

When I saw this thread a few days ago I thought I'd give it another try but started to get exactly the same problems, I haven't been able to complete one survey.

I'm wondering if anyone else has found this? I'm 19 and female, live in London and work in an office, do you think these stats work against me particularly? It's very frustrating and I'd love a chance at earning some points.

depends what your London Office actually does, I think that there are lots of London members that are able to complete the surveys when they arrive, thus taking your chance away for your area.

I joined in June 08 and it took me 4 months to reach my first voucher, now I get enough for about 1 a month, so I think they are slow to give you the good ones till they have made sure that your a keeper. Eg give you enough points while your waiting for your voucher so you can never quit MUhahahahahahaaaa

:eek: toluna have decided to up the points needed for vouchers also adding on an extra 3 quid to the vouchers though new points needed per voucher 80.000 going right down in my estimation

Does anyone else find that they do opinon polls get offered a survey and never get the points credited? I have emailed them about this and pretty much got told there was nothing they could do unless I was offered it in an email. I've done about 20 surveys in the last three months and got nothing.

thats not right try emailing them again, I have done many surveys from the website sponsored polls, if they are providing the surveys on their website then they are responsible because they are providing a service.

I've had exactly the same. I've never got points from one of these so don't do them anymore. I've also found that lately I never get the points for the surveys with big points (8000+) but if I do the ones for 1500 I get them straight away.
