I'm still waiting for an HMV voucher from 9 October, so only a couple more weeks to wait for it . I don't even bother to email them anymore about the estimated delivery, it's won't make them arrive any quicker...
I have finally received my Amazon voucher from August and I have also received my HMV voucher from the beginning of September. The only problem is my HMV voucher code is not being accepted. I have emailed toluna but previously they have taken quite a while to reply. I was also annoyed that the points needed have gone up. I think I must have been trying to convert my points as they were changing over because it would not let me convert them. When I tried again the following day I noticed that I would need another 20,000 points! When were they going to tell us about that? Having said that the vouchers are handy especially now.0 -
Got my HMV voucher today and it, too, was not being accepted on the HMV website. At least it's not just me this happened to. Anyone else had the fault batch of vocuhers?0

Re - Faulty vouchers
I think what you have to do is to email HMV themselves and explain that the vouchers have expired since Toluna bought them but that you have only just received the voucher yourself.
I'm pretty certain someone on here (maybe in this thread) had the same problem with Amazon vouchers and they emailed Amazon who sent a new code out to the person or credited her account with the voucher money.0 -
Surely it's toluna's fault rather than HMV's though?0

I had some vouchers that had not expired (were in date) but Boots were not accepting as the design on the vouchers had changed slightly. I called up the company who spoke to the Boots manager (my phone!) and talked it through with him, in the end he let me use them (it was only £2 in vouchers !)
Maybe worth calling up the number on the voucher if you have not already? or not had any luck with HMV? Although I agree- its ToLuna's fault, not the stores fault!0 -
Re Faulty / Expired Vouchers
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=25309155&postcount=175Rang Prezzybox and they were very helpfull. I told them the vouchers were bought through lightspeed they asked me for the first 4 digits of each code and from that they knew the rest. Apparently the expiry dates were incorrect so they extended them to the date stated in my emails with each code. They said its because lightspeed have not actually bought any gift vouchers from them in a long time so they have really gone out of date. That figures because the vouchers I ordered from lightspeed a year ago have the same expiry date on them as the one I ordered yesterday, all 10/12/2009 so if anyone has any prezzybox vouchers through lightspeed espcially with that expiry on you will probably need to get them sorted out0
