Does anyone else get repeated Surveys?
I completed a mini poll on there site a few days ago, and then it gives you a link to click as they have just the survey for you, it doesnt always tell you the points you will get eiither, i completed it, it was regarding new Walkers crisps light, now i have a survey in my email inbox to do it again for 4000 points, this is becoming a joke

they are different crisps, lights, oven and baked. Enjy the repeats if we are getting the points for it.

Ah, I kept turning that one down as I had done it already and couldn't be bothered to do it again.

I seem to have a huge flurry of invites at the moment, anyone else?

I'm not getting any surveys sent to me at the moment.I'm waiting for 2 vouchers (ordered Sept 1st and 29th)-have no estimated date for either yet!! Emailed yesterday to chase them about this and non credited points (I always seem to be chasing them for my points) Now I've just realised that IF and WHEN I get all the points that I am owed I will be almost able to order another 2 vouchers and start the whole blooming process again ! They are annoying BUT I have redeemed £70 in 12 months (would be £90 if they got their finger out)

I am new to Toluna but can't say I am impressed with them so far. The other day I completed a large percentage of a survey on TVs, freeview/ cable services, landlines, mobile phones and internet providers, only to be told that they had reached the target number etc. As I spent about fifteen minutes on it and they had obtained a good deal of information from me I felt they were not playing fair. I have emailed them to complain and am currently still awaiting a reply.

I've stopped doing the surveys and will cancel my account as soon as I receive my vouchers.

I ordered one Amazon voucher on the 3rd of Sep and another one of the 26th of Sep and there is still no estimated delivery date.

If other survey sites can email a voucher in about 30 seconds, how can Toluna justify a THREE month delay

Has anyone else received that great long 80 minute??? Survey SO-21317 offering 10,000 points and that doesn't work - AGAIN? Only I did this one on 13th November, after telling them the link didn't work and they sent it again, with the info that it was £20,000 points rather than 10,000. Anyway, as I said, I completed it in about three or so sessions. Well yesterday they sent me the same survey again - with the same non-working link and again offering only 10,000 points! I wrote back telling them I'd already done it and that anyway it didn't work and they'd got the points wrong - again. Well they only wrote back today apologising and saying they'd send me the correct link! Don't they READ your e-mails to them? As if I'm going to spend another 80-odd minutes doing the thing again when I'm only going to get the points once? (I hope!!!) Grrr.....:mad:

Yes, me too. Must have had about 20 today! :eek: Only did two though (most points/time ratio :cool:)

I tried to order an Amazon voucher yesterday but I kept getting a message saying points conversion failed. I emailed them and got back a standard " it should be OK now - we fixed a bug".

Yeah right they did!
They now want 80000 points for a £12 Amazon voucher!

Getting a little fed up with these bunch of jokers.
