I'm averaging a £10 voucher a month at the moment. Which is not terrible compared to some others. It's just that you have to wait so long for the vouchers. But iof course if you keep going, you'll always have a voucher about to arrive, even if it's from months ago.
  • where do you find the email address for toluna point issues?
Here is the link you need. It's at the bottom of the home page under contact us. hth

Emailed Toluna about some missing points last week and the reply came back saying they don't make mistakes as points are added automatically. Judging by the posts here I think a few people here might disagree with that
That's their standard answer, they can't accept that their software is infallible.

I'm most meticulous about filing away emails as 'completed' only after I've finished the survey, and several times they've come back and told me I'm wrong and I didn't complete it.

I'm particularly p*ssed about the recent 20,000-point one. I spent maybe two hours going through it, in three or four half-hour sessions (which it tells you it can cope with). I got to the end and it said I hadn't qualified!! They tell me I did it in less than half an hour (which would have been impossible), so I clearly didn't give it enough attention. Obviously their duff software only logged the last session and didn't link them together. I wonder how many other people have got brushed off. I'm not giving up on this one, though.

Was that the crisp one? There's a big coversation about it further up the thread if so. We all got credited in the end, you should too.

No, I did read that, that was a 25-min survey for 12,000 points. Like I say, this was an 80-min survery for 20,000 and I've already been told I won't get any. BUT I can do it again if I promise to do it more carefully! They know what they can do with that offer.....

I did the 80min one in about four sittings. (That's after I wrote to them about the first invitation link not working and they sent it again) Anyway, it must have been right at the end, when I got a 'Page Cannot Be Found' error message. So...I dunno whether I've completed this survey or not! I shall be hopping mad if I haven't! When I clicked on the link again, I got the same error message, but then after I'd waited a while (and cleared out my 'Temp' files cache) the page said I had completed the survey. It remains to be seen I suppose! I contacted Toluna about it and explained what had happened, so watch this space!

Well it was only a general question I asked and only because their FAQs are so incomplete. I did not divulge anything about their surveys or trials. That would have been unethical. Anyway, I did receive £3 of luncheon vouchers in the end, but would rather have had it paid into PayPal. Now that's hardly breaking any rules, just to say that is it?
