I did get a reply from Toluna about the vouchers though. Apparently they now have a delivery date for all vouchers ordered up to 4th September, so of course that means mine, (ordered on 7th September) won't be here this side of Christmas now! I get the same vouchers from gfkmedia.co.uk. They always come no less than a couple of weeks after I have ordered them, so why can't Toluna do the same?
Now then - to change the subject somewhat - has anyone heard of Pinecone Research? (Also called UK survey Panel) They pay £3 for each product evaluation - nothing for general personal (household, etc) surveys though. The trouble is, there seems to be absolutely nothing on their website about how to get hold of the money you've earned! I've written to them, but they just won't answer my questions about this properly at all. I can't seem to tie them down to a proper reply. It's all very vague and they just keep referring me to their FAQs. They offer vouchers or payment into PayPal. Their FAQs just say that they have to send you an inviation to get your dosh paid into PayPal, but nobody has sent me any such an invitation, although I've asked. There is no info on how to redeem cash for vouchers either. I am beginning to wonder if they have something to hide; that's it's all just a con!
I would check your address is down properly with them. They send luncheon vouchers out a few days after you complete a survey if you haven't changed to being paid by paypal. After you receive payment for your first survey you can then request to be paid into paypal. I receive my £4 (£3 for newbies) per survey into paypal always a couple of days after completing the survey.
There is sure to be a thread about them on the site somewhere, do a search.0 -
I have had lots of invites to Toluna surveys, but haven't managed to qualify for any of them yet.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090

I ordered love2shop vouchers at the beginning of Sept and not had a date yet! I am wary of asking them to send them out with the post being so screwed up atm. The last thing I want is for it to mysterioulsy go missing in an effot to 'restore' the backlog...
same here! i dont understand what their problem is, i've had e-vouchers and paper vouchers a lot quicker from other survey sites. trouble is, i've got around 40,000 points built up since i ordered that voucher so i'm planning to stick with them until i've got enough for my next voucher, send off for it then not waste my time with them anymore.July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0 -

It depends on how you obtain it and how you use it.

Just to let you know, you are not allowed to discuss pinecone on here, it is against their terms and conditions, and you could get removed from the panelMoney is not the root of all evil.

...and how will they know jabdc5 is Mr or Mrs xxx?
I am just following the rules of the MSE forum as I have pasted below. You are not allowed to discuss Pinecone.
DISCUSSIONS THAT WILL BE MOVED/REMOVED
Please do not discuss subjects where you know doing so breaks the t&cs of another company/site. Also, certain topics have caused problems for the site in the past and will either be removed completely or limited to one specific discussion thread. We have no desire to stop you discussing and building the community, but we want to keep this a friendly site. Potentially volatile subjects have no real place on a MoneySaving forum and often only serve to offend. Please help us to help you.
Topics include Mercury Telecom, Pinecone Research, Sainsbury’s Discount codes, La Redoute.
Where there’s contention or the thread is not MoneySaving it will be deleted with no discussion as purely a resource issue.
Regarding none MoneySaving discussions legitimately complained about, such as sensitive racial issues, the thread will be scanned and if considered a threat to this site removed. We are not required to justify this; it is done to protect MSE.Young moneysaver in the making

Emailed Toluna about some missing points last week and the reply came back saying they don't make mistakes as points are added automatically. Judging by the posts here I think a few people here might disagree with that0
