It's taken nearly 2 months so far for my £10 hmv voucher to arrive. Lighspeed gets them out nearly instantly and even Valued opinions' vouchers, which come by post, are prompt.

So we both have been told different things, also I asked for vouchers this time instead of Amazon. I ordered my vouchers 5/9/09 when do these get sent out, does anyone know please.

Nickyt, I emailed them yesterday about a Love2shop voucher that I ordered 24th September, i've no chance lol.

Ive got one Amazon voucher out standing from the 19th of sept. I emailed them yesterday & got a reply the same day which makes a change.

I asked when I would get my voucher, there reply was they are verry sorry they are still having troubel getting the vouchers & they HOPE I will get mine soon

They haven't even said I will get it they HOPE I do. This dosen't fill me with much hope :rolleyes:

Again, it's such a thin excuse I can't believe anyone over there bothers to trot it out. We all know that if they wanted to, they could order the amazon vouchers today and receive them today too, and if they really tried ever so hard, they could even send them out today too. We live in a digital age! These things happen instantaneously!

What they really mean is, we're having cashflow problems. We take as long as we possibly can to send out vouchers so our bank accounts suffer less. We don't give a crap how long you wait, because we have more than enough people doing our surveys to not care if you !!!!!! off.

They really are contemptible.
