  • I am so annoyed! I had just collected enough points (finally!!!) for my Amazon voucher, ans they've been and gone and raised the limit! I now need more points! OK, so I'll (eventually) get a £12 voucher not £10, but the amount of points per £1 you need has gone up! And with the length of time it takes for the stupid vouchers to arrive, I'll be waiting until New Year! They certainly sneaked this new rule in when noone was looking!

    two choices -

1 - accept the change and get on with life, it's a survey company not a major crisis happening

    2 - leave toluna

It is incredibly frustrating though! I think I'll be giving up on them when I have enough points to redeem again 60k was bad enough when the first vouchers I got were 30k (and the number of points per survey havent increased prorata that I've noticed).
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Why are the sponsored polls on the Toluna website so glitchy?

Polls that I've already answered keep coming back even though I've ticked the setting for them not to appear after they've been answered.

The last page on the sponsored polls section never works, it always comes up with the error page. E.g. if I have four pages, page 4 never works. If I have seven pages, page 7 never works... and if I have 6 polls or less, I can't get into the section at all.

If go to the sponsored polls the first page will say e.g. 'results 1 - 6 of 27'. As I said the last page never works so I'll click on page 4, which will then say some gibberish like 'results 19 - 18 of 13' (?!) and show no results. After refreshing a million times it'll eventually say 'results 19 - 24 of 27' and let me answer the polls. (I have to start on the last page due to the 'reappearing polls' issue already mentioned - if I start at the end and work backwards I know I'm not answering the same polls twice!)

Does this sort of stuff happen for anyone else or is it just me?!

Yup, happens to me too. I give up now as they also take too long to load and only answer the polls if I am bored, and can be bothered to scrall through upteen pages looking for the 90points plus ones.

Emailed them about three times in the past, gave up now as it just seems to be lip service- if they really valued the customer/clients, they'd issue their vouchers on time and with respect. I cannot imagine many people left on the site really care about giving an honest answer half the time owing to giving back the same disrespect that they give out to everyone else.
Shame. Thank goodness for places like Onepoll, Lightspeed and eve yougov who atleast send you waht they owe you asap!
  • Update on vouchers

    By toluna Dear Members,
We’re pleased to be able to bring our members more survey opportunities! As the number of surveys has increased in the past few months, members are redeeming more points into Amazon, HMV, Debenhams and Love2Shop vouchers.
To meet the increased demand, we are raising the conversion rate for these vouchers. We are, of course, also raising their value!
To learn more, please visit our reward partners’ page.
See you soon on the site.
