Cant believe they have put the points up to 80000 & only increased the Amazon voucher by £2. They cant even get the vouchers out - I have 2 outstanding from September. :(
  • I have been waiting for Amazon voucher for 12 weeks now. Have emailed them a several times but they are not getting back to me. Also there are missing points which are not added up
Money is not the root of all evil.
It depends on how you obtain it and how you use it.

Have you sold your soul to the devil?
  • They are getting worse! Used to be 60 points =1p which is pathetic enough, but now 67 points =1p! The "big" surveys I've been getting - earn 1000 pts (15p) or 3000pts (wooo) (45p) are as bad as Caio, but at least caio pay in cash and it doesn't take forever.
I occassionally get the urge to go back to Toluna, but I doubt it's worth it.

    It's only a game

  • I am so annoyed! I had just collected enough points (finally!!!) for my Amazon voucher, ans they've been and gone and raised the limit! I now need more points! OK, so I'll (eventually) get a £12 voucher not £10, but the amount of points per £1 you need has gone up! And with the length of time it takes for the stupid vouchers to arrive, I'll be waiting until New Year! They certainly sneaked this new rule in when noone was looking!

Didn't they just! I was very lucky and managed to order one a few days before the change, but even so I now have three on order and no idea of if or when they might decide to send them to me. I've had nothing but problems with this site since I started, and am owed enough points for at least two more vouchers which they don't want to credit. Am sick of the standard emails full of the same old excuses but giving no clue as to when they might finally pull their finger out and start treating their members reasonably.

    Xmas Saver!
Hmmm I was just wondering if Toluna pay their staff on time, or are they two or three months behind in their wages like our vouchers

They must be able to pay the staff on time because I can't see them standing for how we get treated can you

  • I am so annoyed! I finally collected enough points for an Amazon voucher (and it's taken ages!!!) and on the very same day I fond they have raised the limit...not only that but since then I have had no surveys sent to me, and can't access any sponsored polls on the site...it's a disgrace! And as soon as I get that voucher I'm leaving Toluna....none of the other sites I use give such shoddy service!

I've just noticed this! I normally choose the HMV vouchers because you get extra, that's now £15 for 80,000. I'm still waiting for an HMV voucher from 9 October, so only a couple more weeks to wait for it . I don't even bother to email them anymore about the estimated delivery, it's won't make them arrive any quicker...

    Hi

I only started on Toluna this week and I feel like I am being ripped off-I fill in up to 90% of the survey and then I am told the survey is full. This has happened on all bar 2 surveys out of around 10. Does this happen a lot? Should I give up now whilst I am nowhere near a voucher?

Happens alot- to me anyway. Now I make a point of making a complaint after every survey this happens for. Its the only way and even then not a great result. I want to leave but am always waiting for my vouchers or just close to requesting the next lot every time I think about it!
