Sorry Biggles - I don't seem to get any PMs on here. Didn't know you could. There is nothing in my 'User CP' under the heading of 'Personal Messages'.

Anyway, about the 80 min survey (actually for 20,000 points) I got a reply from Toluna 'Graciously' allowing me the points (it took me four sittings in all to complete) and...don't faint....they are actually in my account NOW!!!!! :eek:
Also - got a delivery date of 7th December for my Love2Shop voucher ordered on 7th September - so that means I should get it some time in February if past experience is anything to go by! I Haven't got a date for the one ordered 30th September though.
I dunnno, it comes to something when folks eventually get their vouchers months after ordering them (Amazon and HMV) only to find they are out of date because it has taken Toluna so long to send them, isn't it? When I order Love2Shop vouchers from GFK Media, they come within a week!

Just emailed them (second time in a week-different subject) as they have credited me with 3500 points for a survey I took yesterday that was actually offering 4000 points-bet I don't get a reply!!

Regarding the HMV vouchers: I am going to wait and see if they reply by tomorrow and if not I'm going to email [EMAIL="avner.erez@toluna.com"]avner.erez@toluna.com[/EMAIL] who's a head honcho there and is always useful when I've had a complaint in the past.

I recommend anyone else does the same after a day

Ooo yeah, finally a date. DEc 8. For one I redeemed in SEpt, the other in OCtober. So nearly three months to get a £10 voucher. Pitiful.

Really jennie? What kind of vouchers? Mine were amazon. If yours were something else perhaps they havent' 'managed to get hold of them yet'

They were love2shop vouchers. These do actually get mailed in the post! But have ordered amazon vouchers in the past and they still take as long as the ones in the post.
