Emailed Toluna about some missing points last week and the reply came back saying they don't make mistakes as points are added automatically. Judging by the posts here I think a few people here might disagree with that
I'm pretty sure I know what Toluna's game is now. They keep you waiting for as long as possible for your points to be added. Then when you've finally got enough for a voucher (perhaps thinking you'll resign after it comes) but... they keep you waiting ages for the voucher as well, while in the meantime, sending you more tempting surveys to keep you with them. Before long, you've built up quite a few more points, so when your voucher finally does come, you want to carry on until you've built up enough points for another voucher, but of course, you don't get your points added for ages and ages, so the whole sorry saga continues over and over ad infinitum! (I must be strong, I must be strong! No more surveys after ordering me last vouchers!)

Well it was only a general question I asked and only because their FAQs are so incomplete. I did not divulge anything about their surveys or trials. That would have been unethical. Anyway, I did receive £3 of luncheon vouchers in the end, but would rather have had it paid into PayPal. Now that's hardly breaking any rules, just to say that is it?0 -
When I e-mailed about missing points I got told the following:
We are crediting more and more of our surveys automatically as opposed to manually. This enables us to credit our members faster and more accurately than before. Some surveys, however, we still have to credit manually and these surveys take a while longer and are naturally more likely to have human errors as they are handled by humans and not computers.
So we both have been told different things, also I asked for vouchers this time instead of Amazon. I ordered my vouchers 5/9/09 when do these get sent out, does anyone know please. Thanks for any help and advice given

I'm afraid PC are renowned for not allowing any discussion of any of their activity on public forums, so the safest thing is not to mention them at all, and email any queries directly to them.
Thanks for sticking up for meI was only trying to put my point across earlier, and give advice to people on the forum

At least you're getting to complete them! The site has been that slow lately, that little round thingy that goes round and round after you've pressed 'Submit' just keeps going and.....NOTHING! I even went downstairs to make a coffee whilst trying them again at the weekend and it was still going round when I got back! All the mini-surveys have been like this for a few days now!I gave up in the end. Better things to do with my time!
