amazon voucher arrived

Just sent another of my regular 'points missing' updates to them. This time totalling nearly 50,000 not credited. That's nearly enough for another voucher. Some of them go back to April.0

I just did the same this morning, around 20,000 points missing for me, last email i sent over a week ago never got a reply.0 -
just emailed them and 2 minutes latter the voucher arrived:D

I ordered a £12 voucher on 7th September but it just says N/A under the delivery date as yet. I'm still owed 21,350 points for completed surveys going back to June. I have written several times and even sent them back the surveys in question. In all honesty, I have had replies from them promising things would be 'Looked into' but so far nothing has been done.
When my voucher comes, I'm definitely resigning. We shouldn't have all this hassle of keeping old survey invitations and constantly having to contact them about things like this. The rewards are simply not worth it.
Am I alone in thinking that over the last year surveys in general (not just Toluna) are getting longer and more involved but that the 'Reward' Points offered are getting less?

I ordered an Amazon voucher on 1st August and I'm still waiting. I emailed them and they told that everyone who had ordered before 31st July had got theirs. Doesn't help me though!
At least they've finally convinced me to give up completing their surveys. From now on I'll concentrate on Valued Opinions and Lightspeed Panel as they always manage to send their vouchers out very quickly.The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
