I ordered a love2shop voucher on the 5th july and it finally arrived last week - so it took over 9 weeks, dispite the 'expected delivery' being 17th july !!0

Got to say, my Love to shop voucher arrived today. And a day early too. Perhaps it's because I never e mail them to complain. lol. Mind you I don't keep track so they could owe me thousands of points.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

I have been a member of Toluna for a long time I sent off for an Amazon voucher in November last year and then by April I was thinking where is it. I emailed them to which I received a snooty email back 2 weeks later telling me they have already sent me a code and that they will only send me my code (which is what I wanted) and I felt they were treating me as if I wanted another code and was scamming them. Have not used them since as on top of that it takes forever to get they points in the first place.2010 wins: February - Maybelline Make upGood luck all0

Hi, I'm owed about 12,000 points with Toluna, I've emailed them through their "contact us" on their website but after a reply saying they'll look into it (In July!!) nothing since. I want to forward them the invites to the outstanding surveys and they may finally sort my points out. I only need 2000 to reach 60,000. Then once I have my voucher I can quit.
I had this plan once before, but by the time my voucher arrived, I had 45,000 points built up! This time I shall ignore all surveys.
Can someone please tell me their contact email address please.0 -
Usually it takes 6-8 weeks for Amazon vouchers to arrive.
