never had spam either. The people thats way its a waste are the ones that seem to never get qualifying surveys maybe cause they start them hrs after they open so have enough people or they just not what marketers want. I sometimes go through bad patches where I don't qualify for any then I will get lots I do. They sometimes don't credit your account with points without a complaint so its worth recording or saving the surveys you complete so you have full info on which ones you are waiting to be credited. They do take upto 2 months to get your voucher to you.

The test centre I don't know of anyone getting anything, but 100 samples sent out to a europe wide site you are really lucky to get one.

I have seen a slight improvement with surveys rewarded the next day, but I think their progress is slow because they are stuck with a backlog of complaints about unrewarded points and so its taking them time to improve their service.
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574
  • Love2shop vouchers I requested on 11 July arrived today, were originally due on 10 August.

Do amazon vouchers get sent through the post??? I thought these were always sent by e:mail and was quite surprised when I read this! I did wonder when I didn't see e-voucher next to it......

Hopefully mine will come before Xmas - ordered it Wednesday:o

Nope they email them which makes it all the more baffling how it can take them so long to send them out!
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

As far as I know, they order vouchers once a month in huge batches and they send them out manually. No wonder it takes a long time before you receive your reward.
I think we all should just get patient - eventually they are always sending those vouchers out.
What I do is that when the 3 months period passes, I email them and they always resend them to me in a good faith or just resend the code if that's an e-voucher.

Then you should receive your voucher within next 2 weeks I'd say :)
About points - always moan - as it is an IT thing, there could have been some kind of problem and it has to be verified :) (nor saying that this way you help other panellists too!)

i got one via email but it took two months to get it

i noticed something interesting today when i ordered my 3rd amazon voucher

i did indeed receive my first amazon voucher via email shortly after the estimated date however as you can see i've ordered 2 more and the N/A under estimated date has me concerned

has anyone else had this and did you eventually get your vouchers? i'm saving these up to go towards a wii and wii fit for christmas so i'll not be too happy if i can't get them anymore :o

Edited to Add: argh the forum made a mess of that! anyway it's meant to show the estimated delivery dates, it had one for the oldest voucher but the 2 most recent ones requested on 12/08 and 08/09 now say N/A for estimated date!

i just converted my first points to vouchers today and mine too says N/A under estimated delivery date and under where it says post it says no. Is that normal?
