I didn't know that; although it doesn't surprise me. I ditched Ciao ages ago. Rubbish! I never got anything for the surveys I did for them!
I'm now finding that quite recent survey points are being credited to my account, whereas the points for long-closed surveys still haven't been added, although I've written several times to them about it! I'm owed 14,700 points now. It's just not acceptable!

I'm finding the sdame daisy, although one did just pop in from April the other day. I actually got a reply from them the other day about my missing points, to the effect of 'there are a lot of surveys to check here, we can't give the points until we check that you actually did them'. Well go and bloody check then, you slackers!0

i'm owed 15000 and it's a waste of time emailing them.well actually they owe me some more from way back in January but i haven't added those up.i sent them an email at the beginning of last month re those points and had no response0
-
You just have to keep at it echo. Persistence does pay off in the end. I had one survey for 12,000 points back in Jan that I had to send seven emails about before they finally caved in and gave me the points. If they think you're going to go away they'll ignore you!
I tend to send a big list with the date and title of the survey, the points that shouldbe rewarded and the date they said the survey would be closed, to forestall any nonsense about the surveys still being open, which is what they tried to fob me off with several times with the Jan one (still open in May? Yeah, right).0 -
well i haven't got the original emails/links to the surveys in Jan (deleted them after i'd emailed them) but i told them the survey number in the email-aven't a clue how much they're worth so i hope i don't get asked for links ( there were 3 of them so if anybody can help they're S0 13500,TRSO 13060 & TRSO 12536.the emails i have got are from May 18th-July 15th.not had any surveys of late that i completed0

I have a system where I filter the ones I complete and see the page saying I will recieve the points, but contacted them with my list of 20 odd surveys, got some credited , some they said they need to contact the company that ran the survey to see if i did it ( still no reply or points) and some they said I never completed and so can't be given the points.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

I got this reply when I emailed them about a love2shop voucher that stated an expected delivery of 10 August 2009. Replied within 24 hours, which suprised me!
"Thank you for your email.
Since we order large batches of vouchers at the same time, it normally takes about four to up to eight weeks from when you order the voucher until you receive it.
We have now sent all Love 2 Shop vouchers up to the 29th of June. As your voucher was ordered on the 11th July I can assure you it will be sent with the next batch.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
I hope you are still enjoying your time on the new site and that you receive your voucher soon.
Kind regards,"0 -

Has anyone else not had any sponsored polls since around Wednesday or Thursday? I'm very close to being able to redeem another voucher so that's kind of frustrating!ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0
