Nothing for me either, it's so frustrating. All the other companies I do surveys for manage to pay out on time, I fail to see how it can be so difficult?

They don't delete them unless they have been in your account for 12 months or more. Frustrating, but then once they're gone, they're gone.

I turn them into Amazon vouchers- which themselves are valid for a year. You can credit them to your account and then use them when something comes up. I have almost enough for GHDs but now don't want them...amd waiting for sony's next MP3/4 player instead- when it comes out!

I am still awaiting love2shop vouchers arrival date 21/07/09 but obviously nothing, wondered if anyone in same boast as me , i emailed other day got this response - so i hope still a chance to receive:

I can confirm all vouchers ordered up to 29-06 have been sent out. Our apologies for the delays and inconvenience.

I understand this is frustrating as it takes a long time to earn the points and you were obviously looking forward to using the vouchers soon but I can confirm we're working hard to resolve this issue for you. Please accept our apologies for this issue and I hope you enjoy spending your vouchers once they arrive.

Yes I am waiting for my 21/7 Love2shop voucher. I got the 2 amazon that had the same date. But then my voucher was redeemed 2 weeks before that date so I was sceptical it would arrive by then

Me too. I emailed and got this response:

Thank you for your email.
Since we order large batches of vouchers at the same time, it can take up to eight weeks from when you order the voucher until you receive it. I can confirm the voucher will arrive by post at the address stated on your profile. I hope you are still enjoying your time on the website and that you receive the voucher soon.

If that's the case, why bother giving us an expected date at all? Valued Opinions just say it'll take a while, as do Globaltestmarket.

It's always the same excuse from Toluna: 'unforseen problems, blah blah blah ..........'

Why don't they get their act together and pay within a month, as most other companies do. It's not on!

I did an online focus group with Home of Research on Tuesday and the reward is in my account today. Toluna should aim for this level of professionalism.

And while I'm complaining, what are all these blue buttons doing all over the place on MSE?

There are several blog entries which relate to this but the most relevant one is

Update on voucher delivery times August 2, 2009 by toluna We’d like to update you as to the expected delivery dates for reward vouchers:

• The approximate delivery time for Amazon vouchers (for orders placed before the end of July) is the 10th of August.
• Halford vouchers ordered before June 15th will be delivered by the 15th of August.
• Love2Shop vouchers ordered before the end of July will be delivered by the 15th of August as well.

We would like to apologize once again for the delay; we are doing our best to send out the vouchers as quickly as possible and would like to assure you that all vouchers will indeed be delivered as promised.

If you log on now, in the little box to the right hand side that gives you the sponsored polls with higher points there is one that will screen you for doing a focus group next week on energy companies websites I think to earn a £40 Amazon voucher!!

I did one for 30,000 points a while back, it was really good, like a little forum where you had to post regularly over the week, Worth getting in if you can!!
