Is there just the 15 points surveys/polls?
The site is very confusing but it seems it wont take long to get a lot of points but where does it tell you how much you need and what vouchers they do etc i cant seem to find it on the site,

They also send you survey invites by email, usually a few a week. These are worth a few thousand points normally.

I think lots of people convert vouchers into love2shop ones which is 60,000 points for a £12 voucher. NOt sure about the others, but I think it's about the same.

It can take a while to get there, but keep an eye on your inbox and make sure your profile surveys are up to date (it will show on the front page if not) and you'll get there. If you are really lucky you might get invited to an online focus group like I did a little while back, which was for 30,000 points!! I don't think they happen very often though!!

I didnt realise you get surveys/polls sent to my email adress,i havent had any yet but i only joined 2 days ago
Glad you said keep track as i wouldnt have done
When i joined they gave me points for completing those quick match surveys so i got a few for that

Keep an eye out on the right hand side of the page aswell, they are doing sponsored polls for 150 points, and these seem to change regularly daily. I think that might be the summer promotion it mentions somewhere on there. That helps bump the points up aswell!

Did you fill out the profile surveys yet? they will give you a nice start. you also need to do them so they will send you these surveys to your email .

Hello all you fellow frustrated Toluna people - I converted 60000 points for a Debenhams voucher on 15th July, I can see that they have taken the points off my account but have not received a voucher. I emailed them to ask how it was sent ie by email or post and had a standard response from them, but nothing since - and I mean nothing - not a single survery or anything. I used to get 3 or 4 a day, but now NADA!!!!!

By the same token I also cashed in 30000 Shop and Scan points for Next vouchers on the same day - they arrived in time for the Next sale!

I too will be unsubscribing from Toluna once my voucher appears - hey I may still be subscribed at Christmas
I'm glad its not just me tho!

Toluna only took a month with my voucher this time! Yay! That's £45 I've had out of them now!

However, since I cashed in that voucher, I've stopped getting survey invites from them. All my profiles are up to date. Reckon I should email them?

They are pretty slow with surveys at th emoment. If i were a company paying toluna I wouldn't use them over the summer - people go on holiday, you're less likely to get a good resposnse. I still have one or two dribbling through. I'm sure it will pick up next month.

I was lucky enough to get the 60,000 point one about energy saving a few weeks back, got my points very quickly too! Received them 2 days after the online discussion ended!

Not holding my breath for too many more of them but they are very welcome to invite me anytime

Surveys are definitely less for me at the moment had loads in June and since then maybe one or two a week. None of which have let me complete them and most say they're currently unavailable. I know though that just as I get to the point of quitting I'll get the voucher I've been waiting for, for the last six weeks and they'll have me hooked back in. I never learn
