Yes that is normal.
I claimed a voucher on the 18th Juky and it showed N/A until last week when it changed to estimated date of arrival 17th September.

I hope you are all logging in daily to the Toluna site and looking under "Sponsered Polls". There are always several of them to do for 15 points and some for 90 or 120 points.
This has helped my points to add up as I'm usually screened out of surveys and I'm more than half way to my next voucher sincel claiming one in July.

Just remember that before 8 weeks pass, there is no need to claim for voucher (I got before an estimated date just after 2 weeks after and they said that this is some sort or technical error and they were about to repair it).



PS I just ordered mine, hopefully before Xmas shopping, i'll receive them

Do you know, they took 21,000 points off me the other day. The explanation was that back in APril they had mistakenly credited me with 23,000 points instead of 2,300, but it was a nasty shock to log in and see that. Bank error in my favour, surely??!

I have one due on the 17th September but I'm not holding my breath. I never thought I would get enough points but I was lucky enough to get a survey about new cars just after I bought one which gained me 10000 points I think and they got added straight away.

I'm waiting for an Amazon voucher which I ordered on 4/8/09, no update on when I should expect it yet.
Judging by my last Amazon voucher which I ordered on 6/8/08 and received on 29/9/08 I should get it in the next 2 weeks!
Still don't understand why it takes them 8 weeks to email a voucher code

Because of their cashflow. They want to hold on to their money for as long as they can get away with. Simples.
