At least they've finally convinced me to give up completing their surveys. From now on I'll concentrate on Valued Opinions and Lightspeed Panel as they always manage to send their vouchers out very quickly.

Well they lied - I ordered a voucher on 15th July and it arrived this morning - finally. I pick and choose my Toluna surveys now, and to be honest won't rush as think the voucher turnaround is terrible. I ordered 3 vouchers from Shop & Scan on the same day and they arrived within 48 hours.

I'm not in the least bit surprised that they lied.

Just as an update, and hopefully someone from Toluna will read this, last night I ordered a £5 Amazon voucher from Lightspeed Panel at 6.35pm and it arrived at 6.53pm. How can Toluna justify taking two months to do something that one of their rivals can do in 18 minutes.

Even more impressively, Valued Opinions give out Amazon vouchers instantly - they show in your account straight away.

I'm waiting on an Amazon voucher from Toluna from early August. :rolleyes:

I am very picky with my Toluna surveys and only enter ones with high points value and minimum time. However, I have recently noticed they're being very sneaky and say a survey will take, say, 15 minutes, and once you've clicked through, it says 25 mins. That's just not on! :mad:

Its the same for me. looks like more problems with the site which they are currently supposed to be sorting out.

My amazon voucher status has been updated.
I ordered it on 04/08/09, estimated date of delivery is 13/10/09
10 weeks for an email code, and that's if they actually send it by the 13th!!
