By the way, did anyone else recently get a survey where they were approved to test a product sample at home? Toluna are driving me mad, I haven't even received the product yet and they are sening me two emails a day asking me what I thought of it!

That was quick! (for ToLuna), maybe the little elves went back to work after their break in Napland this week?
  • I ordered my voucher off this site months ago!!! I still haven't received it! I think its extremely poor!

Yes, was it the shampoo and conditioner? By the time I received it yesterday they'd already sent me at least three emails asking me my opinion on the products!

Ah yes. Still haven't received it though. But then again I'm in London so the post is totally hopeless at the moment.

Was it Pantene? Or can't you tell?
  • Hi, I've tried signing upto Toluna and it's asking me to confirm my email address but it's not sent me a confirmation email yet even though it's says it's been sent. Did it take a while to come though for anybody else? It's been about half an hour now and it's driving me mad coz I just want to get into it and see what it's all about. It's not in my junk either, I've checked that
    Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80
    Debt now Jan 2021 - £6,208.21
    Overpayment pot - £0

You've had a lucky escape. Toluna isn't worth the time or effort.
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

    I am beginning to agree.
I have been a member for 2 years and the service has, compared to a year ago declined dramatically. Vouchers now take a very long time to arrive. Like many I have been waiting for vouchers (the longest one I ordered just under 3 months ago in July 09, still not arrived).

Technical support is very patchy at best and information is not easy to get hold of.
What are the reasons I wonder why it takes so long to deliver vouchers, is it that they (Toluna) have a lot of technical problems over a long period of time, (unlikely as a business would collapse within weeks) or trying to maximise their profits by taking time to give out vouchers? Could it be that they are in financial trouble as the reason why they are not paying out...?
I don't know not enough information.

Without information people start drawing their own conclusions.

What reason is there to do surveys and build points up if you don't know if you are going to be paid?

A message to Toluna could be there are a lot of alarm bells ringing.

I'm in London too, the post situation is ridiculous! I get nothing for days and then a load comes at once.

There are two sets of two bottles, and you have to use them in a specific order. I've only used one so far and I don't think it's pantene, unless they've changed the scent. My friend had a sniff and thinks it might be Dove...either way, it actually makes my hair feel really nice. :D
