Scuba. If you have gmail , then as you complete the emailed surveys add a label to say you have completed it. If you then go to your points section in Toluna then you copy and paste the survey code into gmail and it finds your email for that survey which you can then remove the completed label. That way you only need to click in Gmail the lable to bring all your completed and unpaid surveys to send toluna a list of each completed survey asking for the points.

Exactly how I do it. And also Scuba, you know there's a points section on toluna, that shows you the breakdown of what you've been awarded, don't you?

Yup I know, but I still find myself confused, lol, have to admit I'm getting there though, I use a hotmail account for survey invites and when I complete one shift the invite in to the relevant folder, I just don't cross check the folders and whats been awarded often enough I suspect.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • Just had a 25 minute survey for 12000 points and was screened out right near the end after 20 minutes!

Not sure if anyone else has had the same experience but have emailed Toluna to let them know its unsatisfactory.

It's happened a couple of times to me...I feel peeved that they're getting my (valuable!) opinions and not paying me!

Unfortunately, Toluna is the only site that does this to me.

Theynormally give you a 'screening out' bonus if you do this. Though it's never enough. Very annoying.

On another note, finally received my email Amazon voucher last night. No explanation of why they still insist they will arrive 'by post' on the info page though.

I should add that I've only got the screening out bonus when I've written to complain...
