Had exactly the same experience AHC. I quite thought I had been accepted for this 1200 point survey and had been doing it for about 20 minutes when it said I wasn't what they were looking for! It is obvious what some of these companies are doing - getting opinions for nowt! The survey was about crisps and snacks wasn't it? Pretty obviously Walkers, and I reckon they let the folk who sang the praises pretty well exclusively of Walkers through to the end, whilst taking the opinions on board of those who were just as happy with some of the other brands, then cut 'em off just before the end! Anyway, I wrote to Toluna as well and complained bitterly about it! That has to be the worst unfair screening out from a survey I have ever experienced! :mad:
That said, after numerous complaints from me about my missing points going back months, I have at last got some of them added manually. Also, I am somewhat mollified by being able to 'Update' my 'Profile' questions yesterday, at 300 points a time, which has boosted up my points no end! I still have no date for delivery my latest Love2Shop voucher though - ordered on 7th September. It is still showing as N/A. Has anyone else got a date for around this time?

Me too. it was for Hewlett Packard and obviously I don't use the type of printer they were looking for feedback on. :mad:
12,000 points would have taken me up to another voucher!
Plus they got 15 minutes out of me finding out what printers I have at work, what inks we use/need, what dept I am in and other stuff about my job and printing preferences!First time mummy to be and saving the pennies!0 -

Hi, yes it was the crisp survey, hopefully if everyone complained about the awful screening out we should get credited.
Im emailing regaring missing points and like yourself have had some added this week although there are still a lot not been added and are 'currently being investiagted'.
I order a Love2Shop vouvher on 27 September and have no date on that voucher either as of yet.0 -
The delivery date of my £10 Love2Shop vouchers was 2nd October. When it failed to arrive I contacted Toluna and they initially stated it had been sent on 1st October. I then received a further email to say that following an investigation, the vouchers were being sent.
We have to wait ages for points to be added, then months before the rewards are actually sent. In some cases we must be waiting six months or more before the rewards are actually received!0 -
Mine was the crisp one too and I too emailed them. They must be doing it on purpose.
When I complained before and said that these companies were getting myopinions for free, Toluna said that they don't store any of the answers if you get screened out, so the companies don't get to see them. OUt of interest, is there anyone on this thread who got all the way through the survey?0 -
OH my god - crisp people, who got knocked out after 20 minutes work - go and check your points. I've been awarded a 'non-target bonus' of - 0 points. What a load of !!!!!.0

Yes, I did and I have been awarded the points. I have now ordered by first Amazon voucher but haven't recieved it yet - I tend to pick amazon when available as you usually get the voucher by email and don't have to wait for them to post it (that has been my experience with IPSOS). I have been screened out of quite a few other surveys with Toluna..0
