amazon voucher with expected delivery date of 10 aug (requested 19 july)
Thank you for your email. I can confirm all Amazon vouchers ordered up to the 14th of July have been sent out and any vouchers outstanding from July will be sent out next. I apologize for the delays and hopefully the vouchers will arrive soon, but please allow time for the vouchers to arrive.

I understand this is frustrating as it takes a long time to earn the points and you were obviously looking forward to using the vouchers soon but I can confirm we're working hard to resolve this issue for you. Please accept our apologies for this issue and I hope you enjoy spending your vouchers once they arrive.

I apologize again for the delay in you receiving your voucher and I can confirm we are doing all we can to improve our service and get your vouchers out to you.

Has anyone else not had any sponsored polls since around Wednesday or Thursday? I'm very close to being able to redeem another voucher so that's kind of frustrating!

I had some on Thursday but not Friday or over the weekend. There are some there now though.

Oh, and I also already have the points for a survey I did on Friday!!

  • Um... what exactly IS Toluna? their website is a little vague, and everyone here seems to be divided over whether it is a waste of time or not. Im all for some freebies! But my spam filter can't take much more crap from 'third parties'.

I didn't know that; although it doesn't surprise me. I ditched Ciao ages ago. Rubbish! I never got anything for the surveys I did for them!

I'm now finding that quite recent survey points are being credited to my account, whereas the points for long-closed surveys still haven't been added, although I've written several times to them about it! I'm owed 14,700 points now. It's just not acceptable!

Just an update: I sent Toluna the invitation e-mails for my missing points and today, actually got a reply at last! Anyway, it appears that these surveys closed some one to three weeks later than stated on the original e-mails and that the points "Should be added within four weeks of closure". (Watch this space!)

  • I'm still waiting for points from some surveys in May, have emailed and got no reply, going to email again now and see what happens, there customer service is far from satisfactory.
  • Out of the 11 surveys I have taken only 5 have i received points for. 3 I have made them put on manually for me and another 3 I need to email to get them to put them on for me. This is totaly unacceptable and it makes me wonder how many users out there who are not taking note of what surveys they have completed and therefore not realising they are not receiving the points for?!!

Toluna need to change their system - i.e have the surveys should show up as completed straight away on our accounts and even if they cannot give us the points straight away they can at least be shown as pending

Toluna is a genuine survey site. I have never had any junk emails (spam) as a result of being part of the toluna panel. (I have also not heared of anyone else getting spam as a result of Toluna - they may be bad for many things but that isn't one!)
The reason most of us are divided depends on how quickly and easily your points are added, you get through to complete surveys and you receive your rewards.
Freebies - wouldn't bank on getting anything to test (which is the only direct freebie) as they have so few for such a large membership.

If you want to know more please send me a message with your question and I will reply to you directly.
