Is this my fault or theirs? I can't see anything about accepting surveys in my profile...

Well....now to add insult to injury, since contacting them yet again about my missing thousands of points, I now find that the site is no longer accepting my User Name and Password! I'm locked out of the site! :mad: I suppose I can now kiss goodbye to the missing points and the still unreceived 120,000 points worth of Luv2Shop vouchers!

Good news! After complaining yet again about my missing points, (this time letting them know about all the complaints on this site, I got an e-mail this morning confirming that all the points had been credited! Owzat then? :beer: (They just need to send my Luv2Shop vouchers now and they'll be back in my good books! ) And by the way, I can log into the site this morning too, so it must have been a technical fault before. (Must be getting paranoid - I wonder why?)

It never happens with the English polls though.

how do you even get to the non english polls? i speak french and occasionally they send me surveys in french but i've not seen polls in a foreign language before

Hi, has anyone received any vouchers recently i am still waiting for my love2shop bouchers and its now approaching 9 weeks?

I seem to be unlucky at the moment as im still waiting for missing points from six surveys from back in April and May.

I ordered mine on 28 April and they still havent come and the postie has just been to, have emailed them will wait and for there no doubt standard reply.
