have you filled out your profile surveys again? When they updated the site they added some questions to it so they need resurveying . Least you get 300 points for each one again:D

thanks for pointing this out, i've just done them all again, only need 460 more points before the big 60k !!
  • Toluna are really good at the moment, literally complete a survery and the points are always on within 48 hours, this has happended on half a dozen surverys now, lets hope it stays this way.

Im on nearly 80,000 points now so time to order a voucher :)

Yep think I will be doing the same later today once I go through my list of non paid ones from them. Some as far back as February and which I have already complained about and was told they hadn't closed yet but that was back in April and still haven't been credited with the points. They really do take the pee!! Just counted and I have 12 that have not been credited for and all averaging about 3000 points (some a bit more, some a bit less). And I am still waiting on a voucher from them that was ordered over 2 months ago!!

I've found that I have been credited with points from a couple of recent surveys too, but I'm still owed thousands of points from March, April, May and early June. I have written to them via their contact link twice now. The first time they said some of the surveys hadn't closed, but I've contacted them again and although I've received an acknowledgment, nothing has been done about the missing points. I do hope they're not just going to try and update points quicker from now on and simply ignore the points owing from old surveys!

I don't seem to get asked to do the surveys, stuck on just 8000 points here :(

I think I must be unusual in that they dont owe me any points from surveys currently (I emailed to complain a couple of weeks ago and they seem to have been credited while I was on holiday), and dont seem to be having trouble with the quick votes either.

Just redeemed for a voucher though, *sighs* heres to another 2 month or longer wait.

Further to my post about being unable to do the sponsored poll surveys, and noting some people are having the same problem, I contacted Toluna about this, and got a reply stating that they are aware of this and are working on this to correct it.
