Ive had loads of surveys through recently. Have you added the address to safe senders? Or checked your settings? If they're OK I'd send Toluna an email. With any luck they'll answer it within eight weeks.

Hmm, seems it's just me then!

Everything is normal on my account, and I was previously getting several surveys per week before the big change, so it's fine with my spam filter etc. It's odd it's happened to me again!!

Last time it happened I contacted them and they told me they were going to my spam, which they weren't, then I manually added all the toluna related addresses to my safe list, still nothing, they only started to come again when I swapped email addresses. Maybe I should swap back :rotfl:I don't hold out much hope with their customer services with the amount of times I've had to repeatedly tell them over and over again what was happening, only to get the same reply. That happened when my online vouchers didn't come through either!! loads of emails went back and forth, to the point I really had to bite my tongue as I was getting so frustrated, but knew if I got cross they'd just say "see ya"!

Only need another 1600 points for another voucher, suppose I could do the 15 pointers for a year or two to get them :p:p

have you filled out your profile surveys again? When they updated the site they added some questions to it so they need resurveying . Least you get 300 points for each one again:D

Love2shop vouchers are back on. 60,000 points for a twelve pound voucher. Order now, in time for Christmas :rotfl:

OMG did a survey last night and got the points first thing this morning. 8,800 as well so am quite chuffed. Rather shocked though as they normally take forever

Is anyone else having problems with the sponsored poll surveys, since they changed the site a couple of weeks ago. I hit the click to vote button, it says please wait and stays like that, so I don't get any points.

I get exactly the same thing in IE. Might try it in FF tonight and see if that works. Clearing cookies and temp files had no effect.
If you do one poll and then click out of the page it seems to record the points; bit time consuming though

I have the same problem and I use Firefox. I will try your tip about doing them one at a time, thanks.
