I wish I'd read this thread before ordering my voucher - wouldn't have bothered!! Was hoping it would be an e-voucher so I can get something for DD's b'day next week! Actually it is an e-voucher....a HMV e-voucher. I'm assuming this will come to my inbox??
ThanksMade it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0 -

I'm still waiting for my £12 Love2Shop vouchers ordered on 05/05/09
Ordered mine on 5th June so considering how long some have been waiting, I suppose I shouldn't grumble!
NB: I did a Toluna survey last night and the points had been added this morning!

This was the reply received last week in response to my query re order of 28th April "We have now sent all Love2Shop vouchers up to the 24th of April. As your was ordered on the 28th, I can assure you it will be sent with the next batch. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience"0

I ordered mine on 28 April also, per there site they where due to arrrive 29 June, they have still not arrived.
While I appreciate they are an International company and no doubt have mountains of red tape to deal with, when they quote 6-8 weeks for voucher delivery I do expect the vouchers to arrrive by the 8 week limit quoted by themselves.
It is now approaching 9 weeks since ordering and i do find it unacceptable that they are not meeting the time frames quoted, not sure if there is anything that I can except complain, which I have done, still awaiting a reply but I am certainly having second thoughts about continuing with them.0 -
Mine was quoted 8 weeks and it arrived in the 10th week, This was an amazon voucher so only needed emailing, I had to complain to get it.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

Ok,Toluna are the biggest waste of tome and space on the net imo, I ordered a £5 HMV voucher October wait for it....... 2007 !!!!!
Still waiting.... I must admit after waiting for 4 months my emails got a little snottier and that's when they started to ignore my e-mails,what is so hard about emailing an e-voucher,they order you receive should be 2 weeks max!!!
When I first started with Toluna things were fine, rewards were regular and pretty prompt too but then it got slower and slower and finally Sweet F.A.
I urge everyone to approach Toluna with caution :mad:Tuck Fescos0 -
For those like me still wating for there vouchers from April and May, below is the reply i got, looks like we will be waiting for a few more weeks!
Its now over nine weeks for myself so looking at maybe 11 or 12 week wait at the moment!
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately due to an unexpected issue here at Toluna, we have had some delays with the sending of vouchers, our apologies for the inconvenience. The estimated delivery time will therefore be longer then expected. During the next couple of weeks we will start to send out the vouchers ordered at the end of April and those ordered in May.
Again our sincere apologies for the delays and inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Toluna Support Team0 -

An 'unexpected issue' - hmmm. Credit crunch? Close to collapse? Can't find the money in the piggybank to pay their survey takers? What a ridiculous company they are.0 -
