I've got a date as well 21/7/09:j. I'm also a thousand odd points short of a new Amazon voucher. Though Odd knows when that will arrive once I can order it.

I looked back at my list of ordered vouchers and it seems that it takes two months each time.

The weird thing is that they come by email now, so where's the holdup? Last one I had was just a code number.

To be fair to them (reluctantly) Toluna operate across many countries, so I suppose logistically it is a bit of a nightmare. Still eight weeks for an email is a bit of a pain.

I'd like to see the Toluna executives using that as an excuse in the boardroom :rotfl:

They're a business. They've set their own operating standards. Clearly the two-month gap is a deliberate policy to offset their costs for as long as possible. It's just the same as any business ignoring an invoice until the last possible moment - bad practice.
  • i only log onto toluna occasionally when they have sponsored polls with high points bonuses - it will simply take too long to accumulate 60k worth of points!

Manut, the points come mainly from doing surveys, not from sponsored polls. Make sure you've set your options to accept surveys.

Also the points-on quickly seems to be continuing, I was credited with more recent points today - from a survey I did yesterday.
