just ordered a £10 amazon voucher from toluna, only took 3 months to get the points together, hard to decide which to get between amazon and love2shop

I ordered an Amazon voucher in June, which they claim was emailed to me this month. I check my spam folder several times a day and am sure that it has never arrived. I've emailed them several times about it but basically, I've totally given up on ever getting the voucher now. Needless to say, I'll be cancelling my account if it doesn't show up soon.

my mum is still waiting for her amazon voucher from 19th may.

toluna tend to wait the whole 8 weeks before actually bothering sending them out to ya so hang on in there, send them emails hassling them and you will get it in the end!

Thanks for the reply. I'll keep hassling them then, especially if it does go over the 8 weeks. I think it's been around 5 weeks at the moment so technically there is some leeway then on their part from what you've said.

Well as per usual, Toluna said my voucher was due today, and it hasnt turned up! :mad:

I'm waiting for the 'love2shop' vouchers - mine also said due by 21st july....still not received it.
