Toluna are the worst survey site out their they are awful they hardly give you anything for your time and then when u have a problem they dont sort it. I wanted them to change my email address as lycos was shut down in feb and its taken me from jan till now to get them to change the email because their stupid site wouldnt let me change my email address. And now im not recieving any surveys i just wanna get my next voucher then im leaving their site.

    Waste of time

Today has been quite a good day for me on toluna, apart from not receiving my voucher I have done 5 surveys for them! Nearly got enough for another voucher, oh well, I will have to start counting down the two months until it comes :rotfl:

I have found the opposite (well apart from taking 10 weeks to send vouchers!) I get loads of invitations for 10000-20000 points, did a online discussion last weekend for 60,000 points and find they in most cases very quickly credit my points usually within 48 hours so not sure why I don't have a problem but lots of you do?

I'm currently on 132000 points and saving up for a few love2shop vouchers for xmas

I've just logged on to see what was happening with my voucher requests (requested on 17/5/09 and 5/7/09) and they're both due 21/7/09.

    Won't hold my breath though...

Mine was due 29th June and I just got it 2 days ago, so looks like you will have a wait yet.

Shocking as usual. Still estimates that we'll get it on 21 July on the website. Shysters.

Nope! Like you, I was supposed to get mine on the 21st too, plus I'm still owed thousands of points for completed surveys! Can't undestand it really, as some surveys get credited amost immediately, whilst others aren't credited for weeks after they've closed - if at all! Lightspeed credit your account straight after you've done a survey, AND you get cash paid into Paypal without having to wait months and months for it!

I'm almost up to my next voucher now, which means I'm waiting for THREE....

And I just got kicked off a survey when I was 60% of the way through. I know because I was watching the progress bar. Are they going to pay me for that? Like crud they will...
