I'm still awaiting my Amazon voucher from 21/07/09:mad:. I have ordered another one on 10/07/09 which it is showing as 10/08/09 as the "estimated" delivery date:rotfl:.

I don't think I should hold my breath for either Amazon voucher to turn up by August;). I am really considering jacking Toluna in once I do eventually recieve these vouchers.

We are now seven days after the due date for vouchers and still waiting. Perhaps their French to English dictionary is not working?

I'm also waiting for Amazon voucher from 21st. The last one I ordered took 10 weeks.

Toluna service is derisory, they don't treat the people who do the surveys well at all.
  • I had 20000 points and now only have 17000. Grr..

I've just voted on the poll for NO! 97% didn't get theirs.

I'm waiting for 2 HMV vouchers, I would have chosen Amazon but you get £2 extra on the HMV ones ;)if they turn up

  • ahh poop...I haven't been on toluna for a while just logged in to find I've had 68,310 expired points removed...rotten sods!!

I've been with them since they were test and vote, but despite registering for tests I haven't had a single thing sent to test...just survey after survey, most of which tell me I've not qualified after 5 mins of questions. The reasons why I haven't logged on for a while are starting to come back to me now ;)

The delay in sending out the Love2Shop vouchers can't be because they're not available or anything, because I have recently received two £5 ones from gfk Media for their surveys.
On the point made that companies are cutting back on surveys - well they're certainly cutting back on the points they're giving out! They seem to be offering about half the points for the same length of time spent on surveys these days - and I mean all the survey sites, not just Toluna! Toluna have to be the worst for crediting points and dishing out out vouchers tho! :( I think the delays are just tactics to keep their expenses down - sending just a few vouchers out each month, so they don't have too many big bills all at once! Keeping us waiting for our points is doing the same thing. If points aren't added, it delays people claiming their vouchers for that much longer!

You should take it up with them. They have no right to delete your points when you have earned them. People often wait before claiming vouchers, so they can send for two at once. I did the same - I waited until I had 120,000 points so I could claim two vouchers together. (When I get them that is!) Write and tell them. It must be a mistake!

(I wonder if it's possible to report this sort of company to Trading Standards when they behave like this - after all, they are offering rewards for us to fill in their surveys, so surely they are welching on their contract with us when they fail to deliver either promised points or vouchers? )

Just got this email from toluna:

    Dear Jordan,

Thank you for your email. I can confirm all vouchers ordered throughout the month of May have been sent out and any vouchers outstanding from May as well as the vouchers ordered throughout June and the beginning of July will be sent out very soon. I apologise for the delays and hopefully the vouchers will arrive soon, but please allow time for the vouchers to arrive.
I understand this is frustrating as it takes a long time to earn the points and you were obviously looking forward to using the vouchers soon but I can confirm we're working hard to resolve this issue for you. Please accept our apologies for this issue and I hope you enjoy spending your vouchers once they arrive.

I apologise again for the delay in you receiving your voucher and I can confirm we are doing all we can to improve our service and get your vouchers out to you.

    Regards,

    Toluna Support Team

I think thats a bit rich telling me to allow time of the vouchers to arrive! Is 8 weeks not long enough???

as i've stated on here a few times before it's a waste of time contacting them about expired points because they won't give you them back.offhand i don't recall how many i had taken off me ( it's somewhere in this thread).all toluna will say is that you should use points to get draw tickets-that way they won't expire.they're all to$$ers
