Hi, bit of a newbie question here. I've been monitoring this thread for a while and have gone on the Toluna site, but I'm still non-the wiser. I assume Toluna is a survey/opinion site. But, how does it work? I guess I want to know if it's free to join (if not then how much, and can I pay via Paypal), also - how does it work? Do these points turn to money or vouchers? And are these vouchers physical or online. Perhaphs most importantly do they send spam mail to my front door?

Anyway, sorry for the mass of questions, I'd greatly appreciate it if they'd get answered, thanks :)

Fill out their profile surveys 300 a pop and 2k bonus when you completed all.
They send you surveys to your registered email address for you to try to complete.
There is also quick polls for 15 -150 points reasonably regularly.

Only vouchers 60000 points are of any use, no paypal option.

There is also a test product centre which noone ever gets the stuff.

Customer service is hit and miss sometimes replying sometimes never.
Love to shop are physical vouchers , amazon and HMV are emailed
Vouchers never arrive on time including the amazon e-vouchers still take 8 weeks +
No spam mail to your door
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574

Just checked my account and realised that my voucher was actually ordered on May 12th (not June 12th as I mistakenly thought), so am I right in thinking that I should have it by now? I've emailed them three times in all about it but I suspect that they're just ignoring me now!

I had a response to my email today and it said that there's a long delay in getting Amazon vouchers out. Supposedly all vouchers ordered up until the 9th May have now been sent out, but as mine was ordered on the 12th May, mine hasn't yet been sent. Presumably people ordering after that are in for a very long wait! Just thought I'd post in case others are waiting for delayed Amazon vouchers too. Sorry that I can't help on the other vouchers.

Well that's all very well, but why put a delivery date of 21 July up then? Why raise our hopes then so cruelly dash them....

No idea. I feel the same but was just passing on the message. Personally, I'm quite mad about it as it just feels like fobbing off and am still wondering if I'm ever going to get it!

I wasn't having a pop at you, sorry if it sounded like it! Just grumbling at them as usual.

Anyone else experienced a sudden reduction to receiving survey invitations? Virtually none in the last week, I think - only one, I think, and that kicked me off before completion.

I had almost reached the magic claim point when they stopped arriving - and if they credited the outstanding points where I had actually completed surveys I would already be able to claim.
