Tolunu cook socks in Hell.
I'm thoroughly fed up with them. Constant delays and pathetic (none) excuses. Unforeseen circumstances? x ammount of people claiming y ammount of vouchers equals? Eight weeks to get it right and can't.To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And Eternity in an hour.

This will be the 3rd email I have sent about points oweing back as far as 29th Jan. I send them off they not reply, I comment on it with details of the date of the previous email they ask for me to give them the codes and points again. It takes time when you have 30 surveys outstanding.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

There is now a messgae on the site regarding delays in vouchers as if we didnt already know!
I have also had no points credited for over a week now and had no surveys for a week either when i usually receive 2 or 3 a day, i wonder if i have done something wrong or they have put my account on hold for some reason?0 -

If they have a delay that means that they are waiting for orders and that they are impatient themselves...
Why you lot can not wait a bit for your reward?
I know for the fact that there is always 130% of waiting time they offer; so if they say it's gonna be 8 weeks, then I wait for further 3-4 weeks before I claim anything.
I got a notification myself that my voucher should reach me by the 21st but as far as I undertood they still wait for the vouchers themselves...

I'm not sure I understand your point, yes people care about the 'cash' we do the work so we want the promised reward when we earned it.
They are always delayed getting their voucher supplies, the emails people have been receiving are almost word for word the same as the ones I got last year and earlier this year when querying the delivery time of e-vouchers.
Other companies also based abroad dont seem to suffer the same problem, most manage to send vouchers within the times they state on their own t&c's - if they know there is a significant delay occasionally most will let people know, but in tolunas case it simply isnt 'occasional' but every single time you order vouchers, and apparently virtually all types of voucher, that to me smacks of poor organisation and cannot be blamed soley on the company issuing the voucher. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Following my email about Amazon voucher promised 21 July, have received standard email ...............................
However, this week I've added loads of points by doing their little polls on the home page. They also want you to update various sections of your profile and have added 2000 points for this.
Toluna have also added points for some surveys done round March/April.
So, not all bad! Ever the optimist!
Good luck0 -

Well said Scubaangel! :T As I said in an earlier Post, only this week, I received a Love2Shop voucher from gfkmedia.co.uk just one week after applying for it, so there certainly isn't any shortgage of them! But in any case, there is absolutely NO excuse for not crediting points for completed surveys months after they have closed!
By the way, I've noticed that there aren't so many surveys being sent out either - by anybody! What happens if a person hasn't got enough points for a voucher and can't accumulate any more because they aren't getting any surveys sent to them - will they keep taking away points until there aren't any left I wonder?

this happened to me and i hardly got any surveys for over a year.i've been waiting months for them to credit my account cos i'm only a couple of hundred points away from getting a voucher-don't ask how long it's taken! they took 31825 'expired' points away this year from Jan-May.it would take forever to work out just how many unused points are coming upto the 2 year period.i didn't know owt about them expiring until i saw them taken away and i emailed them-actually got a response too.0
