I ordered love2shop on 8th May. I had a reply a few weeks ago saying I had to wait 8 weeks for the voucher. On the 8th week I contacted them again and have been told that all vouchers up to 4th May have been sent out so mine will be in the 'next batch'. Hate tot hink how long that will take....... what a rubbish company!:rolleyes:

Unfortunately due to an unexpected issue here at Toluna, we have had some delays with the sending of vouchers, our apologies for the inconvenience. The estimated delivery time will therefore be longer then expected. During the next couple of weeks we will start to send out the vouchers ordered at the end of April and those ordered in May.

Which is exactly the same response I got to querying the length of time it took to get a voucher earlier in the year (possibly around New Year even).....barring of course the change of months stated!

Did you guys get a survey asking you to join another panel thingy just now? "world wide lab" ?

I sent them an email about a love2shop voucher missing since the 3rd may and they emailed me back today saying its been sent today (8th) and so should be with me soon with the standard apology for being late.

Its what I expect from Toluna, a long wait but meh, im in no real rush to get the voucher!

No I didn't.

However I did notice my month old Love2shop voucher request has a date of 21st July on it now. This usually means that the voucher is in the process of being sent out - yipee!

I did a survey yesterday for 8,000 points which has already credited. They go from sublime to ridiculous! Howebver, it spurred me on to make a list of my missing poitns and send it to them. I only went up to the end of May as I don't want them to start saying the surveys havent closed yet etc, but the total of missing points up to teh end of May is 40,900! Including the stuff from June it takes me up to a new voucher - and I just redeemed one this morning, plus am still waiting for one from May. They really are getting behind to quite a stunning degree.

I just checked mine as I have 32 pounds pending in vouchers and all have the delivery date as the 21st including the one I ordered a few days ago. Maybe they have got a new system and it works.

Checked mine and it says 21s too. Guess they might have actually done something.

I did send them a long email giving some suggestions maybe they implimented one of the ideas, Not that I think my idea was unique or inovative
