    I got a reply today

    "Thank you for your email.
Wer have had some technical problems since the site update; one of which concerns the member's reward page. I can assure you your order is still stated in our datbase: -60000 2009-06-10 11:40:39 love2shop
Since we order large batches of vouchers at the same time, it can take up to eight weeks from when you order the voucher until you receive it. I can confirm the voucher will arrive by post at the address stated on your profile. I hope you are still enjoying your time on the website and that you receive the voucher soon.

    Kind regards,

    Toluna Support Team"

I had a very similar e-mail yesterday; which I am keeping safely, as they have confirmed that I ordered Luv2Shop vouchers to the value of £24. It would be good to know the address and telephone number of Toluna though, as I had a lot of trouble getting Home of Research (ID Factor Ltd) to send my cheque and finished up writing to them, which certainly produced results! I found their address on the Internet, but I can't seem to find anything for Tuluna! It certainly doesn't seem worth doing any more of their surveys though while so many points from older ones stay outstanding for so long. It's so difficult keeping track of them all as well!

Apparently they are based in France (it seems that they have used this as an excuse for past people who complained). For me, the only thing that worked was sending daily emails- yes I have that much time on my hands:D but seriously, just email or make contact- if nothing else, my reasoning behind it was that if I was going to feel that annoyed, then they would also need to feel that annoyed and so I began to bug their emailing system any way I could. I did so for a week and then got speedy results- worth a shot if you don't get anywhere with the address search maybe?

I don't often post in support of Toluna but this one contains some.

They have just given the UK a new website and it has issues:-
    a) currently you can't join a test panel for a product
    b) although the system still registers the points deductions for vouchers - the actual voucher requests are not on the system.
    c) a similar problem for the prize draw tickets/vouchers.

To be fair to Toluna they are aware of and working on all of these. They have even taken steps to ensure that their "normal" voucher sending will continue.

{OK we all know that the voucher sending is usually too slow and does eventually get there most of the time.)

Despite these extra issues they are still adding the points from surveys and adding new polls to let us continue to add to our points.

I would ask that we give them a bit of a break and only complain about slow points being added for anything more than 16 weeks old and missing vouchers for anything more than 12 weeks old.

I am not saying don't complain, I am just saying please give them a little breathing room to concentrate on fixing the website and on trying to do business as usual. After that hit them as hard as you like.

I have just been to toluna on twitter and the toluna UK blog and found the following-
    "Love2Shop vouchers

By toluna Love2Shop vouchers are temporarily unavailable, but will be restored shortly.
    See you on the site,

  • Yesterday I received a 75ml Cattier Masque Purifiant(Face mask) to try for Toluna and give my opinion on, so when the site allows me to register for test products again I will!

Always register but had never had anything til now(Hardly supprising how many members they have, lol!)

Well, strictly speaking, this is a rant about Toluna, but how's this for crooked practice then? Has anyone had any truck with an opinion outfit called 'Clear Voice Surveys'? I have done a few surveys for them and got up to $6.20 (you have to get a minimum of $10 to spend points and then you can get a £5. Amazon voucher) Well, when I last checked my balance on their website, I noticed that my balance had been reduced by $3.25! When I complained about this and asked where my points had gone, I got an e-mail back saying ...."Rewards expire if they haven't been used in 366 days"! Well! I wrote back saying that if they don't send surveys very often (and they don't) how on earth can their respondents 'Use' points when Clearview's own rules say they have to have a minimum of $10 first? This is obviously a blatantly crooked way of getting responses to surveys, while getting out of paying respondents by making sure they never reach the minimum and deleting their points! Needless to say, I've cancelled my account with that lot!
