love tha new layout!

I've been trying to save up for a love to shop voucher (still 35,000 points off) but they've now gone, only ones now are HMV e-voucher, Halfords, CD wow e-voucher and amazon voucher. I don't shop at any of these so not sure whether to stay now

Do you think they've stopped doing love to shop vouchers as a few of the shops are no longer open so they need to print new vouchers etc?

No. The fact that Woolworths and some others may not be trading now does mean the Love2Shop people will be removing them from the vouchers when they re-print but there seems no concern about issuing their current stock. Decision is more likely to be the level of discount being allowed by the promoters.

You have to use the contact panel they don't accept direct e-mails.
I have this issue too and have reported it via the contact us panel with the date of the points being removed from my account. If you haven't already done so please use the "contact us" panel to report the problem of the points having been deducted and the voucher request not being on the system.
If there are several of these come through the problem will get looked at and hopefully we might get our vouchers in the usual 2 - 3 months. If it doesn't get looked at as a priority it could take a long time.:mad:

I ordered £20 worth of Luv2Shop vouchers for 120,000 points on June 5th, but notice that these vouchers are not being offered any longer. Also, they're not showing up as being converted in my points account. There are just last year's rewards showing! I want to know what has happened to my 120,000 points! They've been taken off my balance but what now? 120,000 points takes an awful lot of work over many months! I have e-mailed them by their 'Contact Us' link but according to a lot of Posts on here, they are not bothering to answer anyone over these problems! What else is there to do?

This was the reply I got from them when I asked about my love to shop vouchers

"Thank you for your email.

We have now sent all Love2Shop vouchers up to the 24th of April. As your was ordered on the 5th of May, I can assure you it will be sent with the next batch. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

I hope you are still enjoying your time on the site and that you receive your voucher soon."

No mention when the next batch is being sent out though

i'd been waiting for enough points to get a sainsburys voucher so when they started doing the love to shop i thought ok.not been in my account for the last few weeks and like others on here saw that the !!!!!!s aren't doing them now.i'll be emailing them cos i don't need a cd wow one,got enough hmv and amazon vouchers to keep me going and i don't use halfords.am well !!!!!! off

I feel the same, if they don't get any decent vouchers to offer, its not worth doing the surveys, at least with Love to Shop ones you can use them in a few places

I complained about my lovetoshop vouchers vanishing from my account on 12/06 and I got an email back on the 12th (5 hours later- wow!) saying they were very sorry and that all the vouchers had been sent out by the 11/06, I did indeed get mine in the post yesterday (13/06) is this a record?!

Has anyone else had theirs or am I just (extremely) lucky?
