Perhaps a clever person can tell me what I am doing wrong?
When I log in it tells me my profile is 51% complete.
When I click on "You have more surveys you can answer", it takes me to "manage your account"
If I select Interest Surveys, it tells me that I need to complete my profile.
I can’t find a tab to set up a profile, and there’s nothing I haven’t filled in on my personal information .
And if I put a tick in the "Participate in surveys" box under Login Information it tells me my email address already exists!
Any clues anyone? I am going round in circles, but it seems I have 10500 points and I don't want to waste them by cancelling the account and starting again.
Click on YOU at the top and then interest surveys then click each icon ie car, mobile, internet etc.
WHen you have completed all of them you get 2000 points :beer:I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. This takes the biscuit... This was the response I got when I clicked on their most recent survey link... sent minutes ago... all I did was click on the link and no questions were answered at all.
"Thank you for clicking through to this survey.
Unfortunately you do not meet the criteria we are looking for to continue in to the survey."
Why did they bother sending it to me then...

I think there is an error on that survey and they just closed it. I answered a few question before a error message killed itSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

Is anyone else finding Toluna a bit odd at the moment? I keep getting awarded points for surveys that as far as I can see I have never done, but am still waiting for thousands of points for other surveys. And when I logged in yesterday I had to re-complete all my profile surveys (not complaining as I got 300 points for each one, but never seen that before).0

Oh and I just sent them yet another complaint that I am still waiting for points for a survey from March; I keep getting nonsensical replies from stafff tellig me things like it's not closed yet (what, three months later?) and also that I am now waiting for not one but two vouchers - it's taken them so long to send the first one that I've been able to redeem a second one while waiting. And I'm quarter of the way to a third one too.0

To clarify the last 2 posters.
The survey you received points was for a survey you completed but under a different code.
The vouchers will take longer as I have been told the Voucher poster is on holiday so another 2.5 weeks before they arrive.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
I just received my voucher so either the voucher poster holiday stank and they came home early or they have a temporary voucher poster.
For all the issues that Toluna have at least they do pay out.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
I've just recieved an e-mail offering 1,100 points for completing a 20 minute survey. In other words I need to spend 20 minutes ploughing through a survey to earn about 18p worth of Amazon credit! Think I'll pass on this one.The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

Just seen these thread. I would just like to say that I am still waiting for an awful lot of points to be credited to my Toluna Account for about eight surveys now! One dates back to March! I have been onto them and even attached the invitation surveys, but keep getting fobbed off. I'm not doing any more of their surveys until I get these points credited. I have also noticed that the surveys are getting longer, for a lot less points!
