Toluna Discussion (merged)

I have been trying to convert 60000 of my first points for a £10 voucher for Sainsbury's. the site just keeps coming back with "converting points failed". I have contacted Toluna via their "contact us" link but although this says "message sent" it keeps bouncing back into my email account saying "undelivered". Please can anyone help me - it has taken quite some time to get these points!!! Thanks0

Have you ever thought that maybe they experiences some technical difficulties or the emails hasn't been capture by the client's system? I have noticed that it is often a survey not done by Toluna, but by other company like GfK....
I don't think that they are unhonest.
Of course I keep a track of what I have finished and what I havent and sometimes I am missing points, but there is that lady who is always helping me with my issues.
Yet again, this site is not for gaining money, but for leaving the opinions...
I don't understand why some thing differently...0 -

They no longer offer Sainsbury's; maybe that's why you received that message....
I personally prefer Love2Shop = same points and £2 more! Also, it is usable in many shops, from clothes to food... I will get this one once I gain enough of points0 -

I am waiting for 2 lots of Love to Shop vouchers, One is from the begining of last month. You have to wait ages for them to arrive. I have tried all sorts of vouchers and its the same every time. I end up having to email them and they always say they are waiting for the vouchers to arrive. You do get them in the end but they are a right pain sorting anything. I also keep a record now of the reference number of the surveys I do and cross them off as I get the points added, but I am still waiting for some that I did a while agoPenny Pinching Pauline0

I've just recieved an e-mail offering 1,100 points for completing a 20 minute survey. In other words I need to spend 20 minutes ploughing through a survey to earn about 18p worth of Amazon credit! Think I'll pass on this one.
And does anyone else find that the surveys take longer to complete than the email suggests.
I've just done one which the email said was 30 mins. As soon as I got through to the survey itself, the site said 35 minutes. Then when I had answered a number of pages of questions, it said I was qualified to do the survey and that it would be in two parts each of 35 minutes!0 -

Yes I've noticed that, the email says one amount of time then when you start the survey it says its longer than the email said. I was really cheesed off recently, I spent a lot of time on a survey and got to 99% and it said they had enough people for this survey, so get nothing for it. Looking at the new website there doesn't seem much to pick from for vouchers, I was glad when they had Love to Shop but that didn't seem to last long and Sainsburys seem to have gone as well now. I applied for Love to Shop vouchers 5 weeks ago and still not got them, I have sent them two emails asking when they will arrive but had no repliesPenny Pinching Pauline0 -
I find a lot of discrepancy withtin the same emails about how many points you get. The subject header says '3000 points' but wen you open it up it says 1400 or something like that. v annoying.0
