any ideas how quick on these says upto 8 weeks?
my thoughts on toluna were poor but are raising
If you order an electronic voucher from some sites, Lightspeed Panel springs to mind, you get them within minutes. With Toluna it usually seems to take a month. Perhaps Toluna could follow Lightspeed Panel's office procedures? The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

I just got an electronic amazon voucher - that's new. Have they started doing these instead of the paper ones? I'm still not sure whether it's for the points I calimed in March or in May. I've asked them as I can't believe I'm still waiting for the march voucher! Really shocking behaviour.0

Getting really fed up of Toluna now . I received an e-mail timed at 10.53am on 8th June, started completing the survey at 10.57am on 8th June only to be told that they'd already had enough responses that met my profile. In FOUR minutes. Just how few responses do they need? The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

Ive always had e-vouchers from them for amazon, my guess would be its the earlier redemption but fingers crossed your second one comes through soon. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Even better - on Monday afternoon, 8 June, they emailed me - for a survey which closed on 7 June.0 -
I have actually been able to complete 2 surveys tonight without getting screened out. So exciting !!!!!!!Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

Just a bit of advice: I never used to keep the invitations to surveys, but because I was sure I wasn't getting all my points credited - particularly from Toluna, I now keep the invitations to the ones I complete, in a special folder in Outlook Express. I also put them in my diary. To date, I am owed points for eight surveys dating back to March! All I get when I contact them about this is to wait a further six weeks! I haven't done any more surveys, and won't untill I get these points - in fact I've ordered shopping vouchers to the value of the points I have been credited with, (which incidentally, is indicated on their web site as taking about three to four weeks to arrive, which remains to be seen) but unless their performance improves, I don't think I'll be doing any more Toluna surveys at all! I'm wondering if perhaps because of the credit crunch, a lot of these companies are just trying to get some of their surveys answered for free - hoping the punters won't notice!

I think you're right DAsiy bell. I JUST got my amazon voucher, by email - so not even a paper voucher. This was for a claim I put in in March. Why this long to send an email? It's a bit of a scam really. Yes, they pay you in the end, but it takes for ever to get your points and it for ever and a day to get your measly £10 voucher.... grrrr0

Hi
I have finally got enough to order a voucher but when i click to order it says it has failed, can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong - i am logged in and i have enough points for the voucher and am clicking the yellow button next to the voucher i want.
thanks0 -
email them if you not noticed they have just had an upgrade. and it might be messed up. Last night the 15 point mini polls was messed up and gave some message that I need to complete my profile to answer a question on what chocolate I ate in the last 3 months. The site went down for an hr then the polls worked fine. Maybe your the first to reach payout with the new system and its bugged.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740
