Varies too, from a few hours to never replying

When I have needed help, they have on the whole answered me within a week, sometimes within 24 hours.

On the occassions they haven't replied, I email them weekly until they reply, and if there is still nothing, then I start to email them daily. I normally get an answer by then.

I think thats how they keep you taking ages to reward you so you always 30k in points owing everytime you reach reward time.

Also is it the first time for everyone else to have surveys on a weekend especially Sunday?

no i find toluna send surveys all sorts of times and find them one of the few that send surveys weekends and bank hols!!!

I tend to think this is one of the few things they do well- sunday for many people is when you actually do have time to spend on the computer (if you don't have young children/pets/work at the weekend) and all the other sites just stop after friday 4pm (onepoll, yougov etc), toluna must really cash in here on the boredom factor!

I would love to do stuff on Toluna, but it just doesn’t work for me!
Perhaps a clever person can tell me what I am doing wrong?

When I log in it tells me my profile is 51% complete.
When I click on "You have more surveys you can answer", it takes me to "manage your account"
If I select Interest Surveys, it tells me that I need to complete my profile.
I can’t find a tab to set up a profile, and there’s nothing I haven’t filled in on my personal information .
And if I put a tick in the "Participate in surveys" box under Login Information it tells me my email address already exists!

Any clues anyone? I am going round in circles, but it seems I have 10500 points and I don't want to waste them by cancelling the account and starting again.

Toluna has offices all over the world, of course not everyone has to know when there are bank holidays in certain country... They exist in so many!

That means that your Interest Surveys are not updated
