Toluna Discussion (merged)

I've gone from getting quite a few Toluna surveys a day, to nothing in weeks0

Still waiting for £10 Amazon voucher, ordered late March. Have another 72000 points in account.
Not receiving many surveys but making a few points by doing the short polls (some worth 150 points) on the Home page.
Good luck0 -

I must say I am a bid cynical about their surveys. From what I have been able to gather so far (given I get thrown out before completing), is that they are seeking information from which to offer mailing lists to other organisations. (I must go back and read the confidentiality document.)
They should not share your email address unless you agree for it (for example Focus groups where at the end of the survey they ask if you agree to be contacted by other company).

It was a long survey with a large number of points on offer which was why I complained at being screened out right near the end. There was absolutely no mention of a focus group until that point and if there had been I wouldn't have participated in the survey.
I bet that if you contact them saying that it's been long and you want your points earned, they will chase this problem with the client. I gained £20 voucher for participating in one FG - just 1 hour of discussion and I had £20! Isn't that great?
I am not sure what was the last question you replied to, but I can only assume that it was the invitation itself (?).
Do contact them - they will surely help you.0 -
I am not a member of Toluna but receved a random email from them yesterday asking me to join thier affiliate program as I am a website owner. I thought it pretty odd to be honest as my website has nothing what so ever to do with surveys and the like.0

Tee hee - just checked my account and they've credited me 23,300 points for a survey that should have been 2,300. Now, shall I tell them? Hmmmmmm0

Is it a survey site? Also, you might want to add a link to the first post.0

well inow if the added all the points i'm owed to date i'll be up to 59900, something tells me i'm unlikely to get all the points i'm owed though, as some are outstanding from january !!!0

Thanks for your help0 -
They take their time but you do eventually get the vouchers. Sad about the Sainsbury's vouchers going but use Amazon too.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T
