Do they not do the sainsbury's vouchers anymore? I finally got to 60,000 points and went to redeem them but there's no sainsbury's and I'm not interested in any of the other vouchers!

Doesnt come up on my account either. It's pretty annoying, isnt it?!

Think they stopped doing sainsburys vouchers when they had their 'revamp' a few months ago last year, I think a few people were annoyed but don't know if anyone actually complained. I take so long to get a voucher that I tend not to think about it, but if I had the points for a voucher, and what I wanted had gone, I would complain to them.

I agree I was very sad there was no Sainsbury's voucher so I opted for the Amazon email code. Does anyone know how long it takes them to send the code? Once I've got it that will be me finished with Toluna just too long to get points and so many screened out surveys.
    Thanks for your help

I ordered an Amazon voucher around the end of March and was told it could take up to 8 weeks.

Still no voucher for me (ordered 26 March) and still no credit of 12.000 points for a survey I did in Feb. Have already emailed them about it and they said there was delay - no kidding! Again, int eh time it has taken them to send me the voucher I nearly have enough for another one. Ridiculous.

Toluna sounds awful from some of the posts I've been reading on here recently, I don't think I will bother joining them as there are plenty more better and reliable survey sites out there. Hope everyone gets there vouchers so you can hopefully leave them eventually!!

The problem is that when you have reached 60k in points you have 40k in points still waiting.

My HMV voucher FINALLY arrived... 8.5 weeks after ordering.... Aghhhhh! Must check what survey points are outstanding. I file the completed surveys into a folder in my email programme and check them off that way. I'm getting really bored of being screened out - I've had ~ 10 in the past week and I think I qualified for 1.

I now calculate what the points offered give me (eg 1000points = 20p if the voucher if 60,000 pts for £12) then look at how long they thing its going to take then decide whether to bother. Some of them are really bad... I am not going to spend 25 mins of my life filling in something that is only going to give me ~24p in 6 months time... Thats less than a penny a minute
