I've never really had any problems with toluna except for the long wait for vouchers

I've recieved two £12 vouchers, am waiting for my third and am already past 30,000 points towards annother one
    £11,000 in 2011 = £71.74

I'm up to 30k points already after redeeming in february, and i probably only answer a third of the surveys i get from them at most, mainly due to the fact that i get around 10 different surveys a day from other companies as well.

i'm just wondering how come some people seem to get loads of surveys sent to them?
i only get about 2 a week, sometimes not even that, yet some people seem to get a few a day?

it can't be down to what they see as 'relevant' as the ones they do send me i can't usually complete, so how do some people manage it??

do you always tell the truth even though your sure it'll screen you out ???

There's something about lying in the questionaires that I don't like.

i gave a long opinion on a couple of things and never got any points for them!!

i'm still waiting for alot of points to be added from surveys i done months ago, apparently they had only just closed when i complained to them about it.
i was told that after the surveys close it can take up to 4 weeks to credit the points, so if they haven't been credited by 7th may they will be hearing from me again!

That happened to me and I complained because I was screened out for saying I didn't want to join a focus group on the subject but nothing happened.

I find I get screened out of Toluna more than any other survey company and it does annoy me if I'm quite a way into the survey. Getting to 60k points for just a tenner is hard work!

Spent quite some time today working through a survey and then when it became clear there would not be a marketing opportunity, they had enough of such people and didn't want to know any more. However, it also asked to "click below" (or something like that) to confirm the answers. I was certainly not going to do that if there were no points involved!

I imagine a lot of people will be like me and, having achieved about 10K points, may continue to achieve one pay-out but then not bother any more.

I have just 'plodded' along with toluna since about september last year.... i have just logged into them since reading this thread and I have nearly 76,000 points!! I have been turned down from so many of their surveys tho...most of them I have got through a good five or so minutes before getting rejected!! I think my points are worth about £10 or £15 and will probably redeem them and resign from toluna!!!

That's me. I'm on just over 35k points and when I finally hit the 60k points I'll get the £10 voucher and then not bother with Toluna again. :(
