I'm still awaiting points for a couple of surveys completed in January. Anyone else?0

I ordered an amazon voucher in march just got it this month. Most rewards say 6-8 weeks so think you should have had it by now, maybe just email them, thats what i always do and they normally reply very quickly. hth0

i am also waiting for 18300 points to be added, alot of them are surveys done in january and february, when i emailled them they took about a week to get back to me and they said a couple of them (i had included all the survey numbers) had only just closed (that was on 8/04/09), and others of them were still open.
they carried on to say that it can take up to 8 weeks after they have closed to add the points.
the ones they said had only just closed were:
SO-12958
TRSO-13292
the opens still open were:
SO-9465
FS-15655
SO-14438
SO-13254
SO-149920 -
I use the gmail labels system so that when I complete a survey I label it as complete and then when I am paid it I label as paid. That way I can see which are outstanding so I can whine later.
As off right now I have 26090 points and 32500 outstanding. That's 58590 points almost another voucher.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
Libra, I just got paid for one that was so old it was before I started keeping records! LOL. Davester, I use the gmail labels too, but I just label them as 'waiting for points' and whenever I get paid I dump them. That way they're not clogging up m y inbox. Call me anal0

I finally got all points owing dating back to July 2008. They apologised and added the points but they did ask for copies of the invites and how many points on offer.
So you really do need to keep the emails of the surveys completed.
On a more annoying note SAINSBURY'S vouchers have been removed , but at least 60,000 gets £12 Love2shop vouchers. The years starts today ....0 -
