i finally got a reply about all the surveys i done since december and hadn't been credited for, i have nw been credited with a couple of them.
the reply told me that a couple of the sruveys are still open and another couple have only just closed so i should be credited with the points soon!

i gave them a list of the surveys i had done, they first replied asking for the amount of points i had been offered for each - surely they should know what they offered !?

apparentley the points can take 4 weeks to be credited.

i advise you to keep all the emails they send you for the surveys you complete, so then if they don't give you the points you have the survey numbers etc.

i was pretty annoyed though that 1 of the surveys i completed they say i didn't complete it and won't credit the points, typical, that was for a survey for 4550 points!!

once i finally reach the 60,000 i shall leave, but i at least wanna get something back for the time i've spent first!

Did anyone else do the https://login.qualboard.com/frameset.php?url survey on holidays where you had to log in daily and answer a forum based question about holidays?
It was a survey sent because I clicked a sponsored link on toluna about holidays and stupidly did the 5 day survey.
The payment was supposed to be Amazon vouchers (£10) and I just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat as me and has not had the amazon vouchers? I have emailed the guy 3 times about them now but heard nothing back.

is anyone else getting an error message when they try to go into the sponsored polls bit? i still am, and this has been the case for a while now...

also wish my points im waiting for would come through; they'll take me over the claim threshold, and i want my love2shop voucher! [im actually pretty pleased they seem to have gone with L2S instead of the sainsburys one, you get £2 more and tbh the £12 will probably stretch further in Iceland for me than £10 in sainsburys would have, lol!

Toluna are so annoying :mad: They keep screening me out of every survey i do. Probably the worst survey site in my opinion, as soon as i have enough points for a voucher im leaving :rotfl:

I can't get into the sponsored polls section - and it's very weird that aspella can. I've tried three different browsers now, on both PC and mac... not good.
